Nous transformons les v\u00e9hicules d\u2019intervention <\/em><em>sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le montage de pneumatiques, la maintenance, la construction ou d\u2019autres applications o\u00f9 l\u2019air comprim\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont requis<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un savoir-faire industriel reconnu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/chiffre-daffaires-definition-du-ca-dune-entreprise\/\">chiffre d\u2019affaires<\/a> de 23 millions d\u2019euros est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des garages ind\u00e9pendants et avec les enseignes de r\u00e9paration rapide, pneumatiques, carrosserie ou m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cifiques. <strong>Guernet emploie \u00e0 Joigny (89) un peu plus d\u2019une centaine de personnes et exporte environ 10 % de son chiffre d\u2019affaires<\/strong>, dans la plupart des pays du monde, hors Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le site de 20 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> abrite plusieurs ateliers de production (fabrication des \u00e9quipements, pr\u00e9paration des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019intervention, atelier SAV), des stocks et des fonctions supports. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019activit\u00e9 s\u2019exerce en mobilit\u00e9, \u00e0 travers des v\u00e9hicules qui sillonnent le pays. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019entreprise fait la diff\u00e9rence gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ses clients et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s aux besoins<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un groupe multi-soci\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guernet constitue l\u2019entit\u00e9 principale d\u2019un groupe, CHL Participations, qui est globalement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux applications de l\u2019air comprim\u00e9 et aux solutions d\u2019\u00e9nergies embarqu\u00e9es. Outre Guernet, CHL Participations comprend des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de distribution d\u2019\u00e9quipements de compression d\u2019autres marques, des activit\u00e9s sous-traitantes de Guernet et une activit\u00e9 de distribution dans le domaine de l\u2019azote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carole Guernet fait le tour du propri\u00e9taire. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>CHL Participations poss\u00e8de 4 sites g\u00e9ographiques&nbsp;: Blois, Bourges, Villeneuve-sur-Yonne et Joigny. Les fonctions supports sont centralis\u00e9es \u00e0 Joigny. <strong>L\u2019int\u00e9gration de Sage X3 nous a permis de simplifier notre organisation et de centraliser avec efficacit\u00e9 notre pilotage et notre gestion financi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gagner en visibilit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sage X3 constitue aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019organe central et unique de la gestion de Guernet<\/strong>. La solution prend en charge&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les ventes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les achats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La relation clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gestion logistique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fonctions supports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des d\u00e9veloppements sp\u00e9cifiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.4cadgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">4CAD Group<\/a>, certifi\u00e9 Sage Business Partner, permettent de brancher sur Sage X3 <strong>une interface d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux techniciens d\u2019intervention<\/strong>, qui disposent ainsi d\u2019une application de SAV connect\u00e9e aux stocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les commerciaux, <strong>une application de CRM est disponible sur leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, tablette et ordinateur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Chez Guernet, tout part et tout arrive \u00e0 Sage X3. Et avec les nombreux tableaux de bord dont nous disposons chacun dans sa fonction, nous savons toujours o\u00f9 nous en sommes&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, appr\u00e9cie Carole Guernet. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Centraliser le pilotage des entit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sage X3 est en place au sein du groupe CHL Participations depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2017. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de basculer tout le groupe au cours de la m\u00eame journ\u00e9e<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. L\u2019ERP remplace tous les logiciels de comptabilit\u00e9 et de gestion commerciale jusqu\u2019alors d\u00e9di\u00e9s au pilotage de chacune des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du groupe CHL Participations. La solution centralise aujourd\u2019hui la gestion de l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Avant, nous avions ce que j\u2019appelle une gestion de bouliers, sans beaucoup d\u2019indicateurs. <strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, je dispose d\u2019une visibilit\u00e9 simple et directe sur l\u2019ensemble de notre activit\u00e9.<\/strong> <strong>C\u2019est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, conclut Carole Guernet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optimiser la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La capacit\u00e9 multi-soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Sage X3 a fortement pes\u00e9 dans le choix de la solution<\/strong>. Pour Carole Guernet, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un atout essentiel. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Cela nous permet d\u2019aller tr\u00e8s vite d\u2019une entit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre sans sortir de la solution, avec une base de donn\u00e9es commune.&nbsp;Et nous \u00e9vitons les doubles saisies pour les op\u00e9rations inter-soci\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lisibilit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations et la visibilit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el <strong>se d\u00e9clinent \u00e0 travers des portails dans les services et les m\u00e9tiers<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Chacun s\u2019appuie sur un tableau de bord personnalis\u00e9 pour suivre ses propres processus, le suivi des achats ou le suivi des commandes, par exemple<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9lodie Petit est la Coordinatrice Sage X3 de Guernet. Elle observe de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 que \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Sage X3 est <strong>un outil suffisamment simple pour que toutes les activit\u00e9s et les services puissent facilement se l\u2019approprier et assez souple pour que nous ayons le choix de param\u00e9trer des fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque activit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9velopper l\u2019automatisation des flux de gestion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre objectif, c\u2019est vraiment de pouvoir automatiser au maximum les flux, en particulier ceux dont le pilotage est le plus chronophage. Par exemple, avec Sage X3, la r\u00e9ception des pi\u00e8ces est d\u00e9sormais automatis\u00e9e pour la partie SAV&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, raconte \u00c9lodie Petit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fait, avec le d\u00e9ploiement de Sage X3, <strong>Guernet a gagn\u00e9 dans tous les domaines o\u00f9 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/automatisation-fonction-finance\/\">automatisation<\/a> peut s\u2019appliquer<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pour les utilisateurs, Sage X3 est tr\u00e8s intuitif. En quelques heures d\u2019appropriation, un nouvel entrant est tr\u00e8s rapidement op\u00e9rationnel sur la solution<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exploiter toutes les ressources de la digitalisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les entit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, le gain ne se mesure pas qu\u2019en termes de productivit\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Chacun a la possibilit\u00e9 de recevoir des alertes et des notifications sur les flux qu\u2019il supervise<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, ajoute \u00c9lodie Petit. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si Guernet sait exploiter au maximum le standard de Sage X3, l\u2019entreprise n\u2019a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 en sortir pour <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la digitalisation la plus avanc\u00e9e au service de ses m\u00e9tiers et de ses \u00e9quipes<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>C\u2019est par exemple le cas de l\u2019application de suivi des interventions SAV, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour nous et interfac\u00e9e avec Sage X3<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un accompagnement expert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayant d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec un autre partenaire Sage, Guernet appr\u00e9cie d\u2019autant plus ais\u00e9ment la diff\u00e9rence 4CAD, qui s\u2019implique \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec un engagement \u00e0 la hauteur de ses attentes. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Les \u00e9quipes 4CAD sont tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9tentes et tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentes. Nous sommes en relation permanente, \u00e0 distance mais aussi sur site. Notamment, le jour du d\u00e9marrage et les jours qui ont suivi, 4CAD a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent physiquement \u00e0 Joigny pour s\u00e9curiser la mise en production<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Continuer \u00e0 avancer dans la digitalisation des op\u00e9ration<\/strong>s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sage X3 est non seulement une solution parfaitement adapt\u00e9e aux besoins d\u2019une PME industrielle. Mais l\u2019application est aussi \u00e9volutive et accompagne Guernet dans des projets d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux projets d\u2019enrichissement du syst\u00e8me d\u2019information de l\u2019entreprise concernent l\u2019optimisation de la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle. Le premier projet est <strong>le suivi des ateliers, pour davantage int\u00e9grer la production dans le fonctionnement global<\/strong> de Guernet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La <\/strong><strong>d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des factures fournisseurs et le passage au standard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/facture-electronique-factur-x-de-a-a-z\/\">Factur-X<\/a><\/strong> fournissent un deuxi\u00e8me sujet \u00e0 la collaboration Guernet\/4CAD. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons anticiper pour \u00e9viter l\u2019embouteillage pr\u00e9visible quand les entreprises vont se r\u00e9veiller toutes en m\u00eame temps pour le passage \u00e0 la facture \u00e9lectronique&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enrichir le service aux clients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, <strong>Guernet poursuit deux projets autour du service-apr\u00e8s-vente<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il s\u2019agit du <strong>suivi des contrats de SAV avec nos clients et de l\u2019\u00e9quipement de nos machines de capteurs IoT pour lire \u00e0 distance et en temps r\u00e9el des donn\u00e9es d\u2019usage<\/strong>.
