En effet, dans une TPE ou dans une PME, une ou deux personnes qui font d\u00e9faut p\u00e8sent tr\u00e8s lourd dans l\u2019effectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Au choix, ce sont des clients qui annulent leur commande ou un patron qui tire sur la corde. Rien de bon en tout cas pour soutenir un d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise. Et surtout tr\u00e8s \u00e9nervant quand on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019approvisionnement et que les clients sont demandeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Que faire pour attirer et convaincre les bons candidats ? Bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise, le contenu du poste et la personnalit\u00e9 du dirigeant font souvent la diff\u00e9rence.
