Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la fraude \u00e0 la TVA, les logiciels de caisse devront garantir <strong>4 conditions : l\u2019inalt\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curisation, la conservation et l\u2019archivage des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>. Afin de d\u00e9montrer leur respect de cette obligation, leurs utilisateurs devront communiquer \u00e0 l\u2019administration une attestation \u00e9manant de l\u2019\u00e9diteur du logiciel, ou bien un certificat \u00e9tabli par un organisme accr\u00e9dit\u00e9. En cas, de manquement \u00e0 cette nouvelle loi, les assujettis \u00e0 la TVA se verront infliger 7 500 \u20ac d\u2019amende et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 ans d\u2019emprisonnement ainsi que 45 000 \u20ac
