Objectif : simplifier la structure du bulletin de paie pour favoriser sa compr\u00e9hension. Si cette \u00e9volution ne change rien en mati\u00e8re de calculs, elle peut toutefois d\u00e9stabiliser les salari\u00e9s. Et, par cons\u00e9quent, elle requiert un effort de p\u00e9dagogie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rappel du contexte dans lequel intervient ce changement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Cette mesure de clarification du bulletin de salaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise sous l\u2019\u00e8re du Pr\u00e9sident Hollande, dans le cadre du fameux \u00ab choc de simplification \u00bb de 2013, avant d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9e au Journal Officiel en f\u00e9vrier 2016. Depuis le d\u00e9part, il est pr\u00e9vu que cette \u00e9volution r\u00e9glementaire soit d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e en deux vagues :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>le 1er janvier 2017 pour les entreprises de plus de 300 salari\u00e9s ;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>puis le 1er janvier 2018 pour celles de moins de 300 salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">L\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 des entreprises fran\u00e7aises va op\u00e9rer &#8211; pour \u00eatre en r\u00e8gle au 1er janvier 2018 &#8211; ce basculement\u2026 qui s\u2019est globalement <strong>tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9 pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/moyennes-et-grandes-entreprises-pme-eti\/\">ETI et les grands groupes<\/a><\/strong> qui produisent des fiches de paie simplifi\u00e9es depuis bient\u00f4t un an.<br>L\u2019objectif principal de cette mesure est de <strong>permettre aux salari\u00e9s de mieux comprendre \u00e0 quoi servent concr\u00e8tement les cotisations salariales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9tail de la nouvelle structure du bulletin de paie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Jusqu\u2019alors, la fiche de paie ressemblait \u00e0 une longue liste d\u2019op\u00e9rations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence chiffr\u00e9e et au nom des organismes auxquels l\u2019employeur devait verser les cotisations (URSSAF, AGIRC, AGFF, etc.). Dans le nouveau mod\u00e8le, ces mentions disparaissent. <strong>D\u00e9sormais, les cotisations sont structur\u00e9es en 5 grandes familles de risques : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sant\u00e9, <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accidents du travail, <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retraite, <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Famille &#8211; s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assurance ch\u00f4mage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Quant aux autres contributions qui rel\u00e8vent exclusivement de l&#8217;employeur, comme le versement transport, la taxe d&rsquo;apprentissage, le forfait social ou la contribution patronale au financement des organisations syndicales, elles sont dor\u00e9navant regroup\u00e9es en une seule ligne. <strong>R\u00e9sultat : un contenu all\u00e9g\u00e9, r\u00e9organis\u00e9 et plus facile \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender pour les non-initi\u00e9s !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise en avant des nouveaut\u00e9s sur le bulletin de paie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une nouvelle case \u00ab <strong>Total vers\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur<\/strong> \u00bb fait son entr\u00e9e sur les fiches de paie. Elle correspond \u00e0 <strong>la somme du salaire brut et des contributions &amp; cotisations de l\u2019employeur<\/strong>\u2026 et indique donc de mani\u00e8re explicite <strong>le co\u00fbt du travail du salari\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. \u00c0 noter que <strong>le montant des all\u00e8gements de cotisations consentis par l\u2019\u00c9tat<\/strong> fait \u00e9galement son apparition sur le bulletin de salaire simplifi\u00e9 tout comme l\u2019invitation \u00e0 se reporter au site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">servicepublic.fr<\/a> pour en savoir plus sur la d\u00e9finition des termes l\u00e9gaux employ\u00e9s sur le bulletin de paie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mais s\u2019il ne devait y avoir qu\u2019un seul message cl\u00e9 \u00e0 marteler \u00e0 vos collaborateurs dans les prochaines semaines, ce serait le suivant : <strong>le nouveau mod\u00e8le de bulletin de paie n\u2019impacte en aucun cas le salaire net vers\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s : c\u2019est un changement de forme et pas de fond<\/strong>.
