L\u2019entreprise prend en charge&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le sourcing du foncier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019am\u00e9nagement des emprises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La conception-construction cl\u00e9 en main<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">et se pose en investisseur si besoin avec la location des espaces qu\u2019elle b\u00e2tit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapha\u00ebl Vall\u00e9e est le Directeur Administratif et Financier de Groupe IDEC. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous sommes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les domaines logistique, agroalimentaire et dans le secteur des sciences de la vie et de la haute-technologie<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un groupe tr\u00e8s structur\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groupe IDEC r\u00e9alise 500 millions d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires avec 500 personnes. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre d\u00e9veloppement est fond\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur une croissance organique et sur des acquisitions. Le territoire fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement maill\u00e9 depuis Blois, le berceau de Groupe IDEC, par la cr\u00e9ation de filiales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es par domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier m\u00e9tier du groupe est la conception-construction, qui repr\u00e9sente 60 % de son chiffre d\u2019affaires. Le deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9tier&nbsp;est l\u2019am\u00e9nagement et la promotion. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous d\u00e9tenons 700 hectares de r\u00e9serves fonci\u00e8res am\u00e9nag\u00e9es ou en cours d\u2019am\u00e9nagement&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019investissement, dans l\u2019immobilier et au capital de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/eti-et-si-on-changeait-de-modele\/\">start-up de l\u2019\u00e9nergie verte<\/a>, constitue le troisi\u00e8me m\u00e9tier de Groupe IDEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre quatri\u00e8me m\u00e9tier est l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique&nbsp;: nous \u00e9quipons les b\u00e2timents d\u2019installations photovolta\u00efques, de boucles de g\u00e9othermie ou d\u2019\u00e9oliennes horizontales<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, un p\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifique de Groupe IDEC est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mobilisation\"><strong>Une mobilisation des utilisateurs cl\u00e9s en faveur du d\u00e9ploiement de Sage X3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des besoins m\u00e9tiers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapha\u00ebl Vall\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/daf-gardien-de-la-performance-globale\/\">anime un vaste p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre<\/a>, qui comprend le p\u00f4le financier, avec la comptabilit\u00e9, la tr\u00e9sorerie, l\u2019audit interne et la cellule de fusion-acquisition, le p\u00f4le RH, la Direction juridique et assurances, la Direction des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et enfin les achats et services g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019int\u00e9gration de <a href=\"file:\/\/\/Users\/laurentgrimaldi\/Downloads\/fp-sage-x3-gestion-affaire.pdf\">Sage X3<\/a> r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin des m\u00e9tiers au d\u00e9part. Un usage tr\u00e8s ma\u00eetris\u00e9 d\u2019Excel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> avait permis jusqu\u2019alors d\u2019absorber la croissance dans le pilotage de la gestion. Mais une certaine limite \u00e9tait atteinte<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une vraie diff\u00e9rence avec le module de gestion de chantier<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le module de gestion de chantier optimise le pilotage de l\u2019avancement des projets et des chantiers, le suivi des engagements, le d\u00e9clenchement de la facturation, l\u2019\u00e9dition des situations de travaux et d\u2019une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/daf-dompteur-de-donnees\/\">gestion transverse de notre diversit\u00e9<\/a> de march\u00e9s<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contrat avec Sage et <a href=\"https:\/\/experium-consulting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Experium Consulting<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 paraph\u00e9 en septembre 2020. Sage X3 est en exploitation sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s IDEC et IDEC Sant\u00e9 depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante du d\u00e9ploiement concernera la suite du p\u00f4le ing\u00e9nierie, les p\u00f4les investissement, promotion et \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u2019appuyer sur un partenaire Sage engag\u00e9 et comp\u00e9tent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groupe IDEC a men\u00e9 le projet de d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/definition-qu-est-ce-qu-une-solution-erp-pgi\/\">ERP<\/a> en 15 mois, auxquels il faut retirer 2 mois pendant lesquels l\u2019entreprise a d\u00fb se concentrer sur la cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019exercice 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nathalie H\u00e9ral a rejoint l\u2019entreprise au lancement des premi\u00e8res r\u00e9flexions. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Experium Consulting nous a propos\u00e9 une d\u00e9marche it\u00e9rative, fond\u00e9e sur une construction pas \u00e0 pas<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groupe IDEC s\u2019est fix\u00e9 comme r\u00e8gle de privil\u00e9gier le standard de la solution Sage X3.
