L\u2019enjeu est \u00e9vident : r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la fois aux imp\u00e9ratifs de l\u2019entreprise, mais aussi aux nouvelles attentes de vos collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-attentes-fortes-de-la-part-des-responsables-paie-et-des-employeurs\">Des attentes fortes de la part des responsables paie et des employeurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-favoriser-la-dematerialisation-des-bulletins-de-salaire\">Favoriser la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des bulletins de salaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le dispose la loi Travail, la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialiser les fiches de salaires revient uniquement \u00e0 l\u2019employeur. Malgr\u00e9 tout, <strong>les salari\u00e9s sont en droit de s\u2019opposer \u00e0 la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation de leurs bulletins de salaire<\/strong>. Plus que jamais, il est donc essentiel de <strong>convaincre \u00e0 l\u2019interne sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la digitalisation du poste<\/strong>, en raison des nombreux avantages offerts (\u00e9conomies de papier, gain de temps, etc.). Ce travail de sensibilisation doit non seulement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des salari\u00e9s, mais aussi et surtout aupr\u00e8s du support RH. L\u2019objectif est double : lever les r\u00e9ticences existantes et faire des responsables les premiers ambassadeurs de la digitalisation des process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-garantir-la-conformite-reglementaire-du-poste-paie\">Garantir la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire du poste paie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison d\u2019une r\u00e9glementation mouvante et d\u2019attentes \u00e9volutives de la part des salari\u00e9s, <strong>la paie est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 toujours plus d\u2019enjeux de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/entreprises\/fiche-de-paie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conformit\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>. Respect de la r\u00e9glementation, qualit\u00e9 des informations, s\u00e9curisation des donn\u00e9es et du processus de paie, p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 d\u2019envoi, choix du mode de paiement\u2026 autant de variables qui peuvent complexifier la t\u00e2che des responsables paie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apportant souplesse et modularit\u00e9, <strong>la digitalisation et la personnalisation peuvent \u00eatre des leviers pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux<\/strong>. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, elles peuvent favoriser le respect de certaines obligations r\u00e9glementaires, dont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la mise \u00e0 disposition des bulletins durant une p\u00e9riode minimale ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la garantie de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9, de la disponibilit\u00e9 et de la confidentialit\u00e9 des bulletins de salaire ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la facult\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s d\u2019accepter ou de refuser la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la
