Multi-salari\u00e9 de ses mandants, Franck Labadie visite environ 160 clients, caf\u00e9s, restaurants, h\u00f4tels et cavistes. Les entreprises repr\u00e9sentent un chiffre d\u2019affaires compl\u00e9mentaire pour Franck Labadie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En recherche de productivit\u00e9\u0301 et de fiabilit\u00e9\u0301, l\u2019entrepreneur a digitalis\u00e9 la gestion de mon fichier clients en 2011, d\u2019abord avec Ciel puis avec Sage 50. Franck Labadie g\u00e8re aujourd\u2019hui 100 % de son activit\u00e9 commerciale sur Sage 50, de la pr\u00e9paration des rendez-vous \u00e0 la saisie et \u00e0 la confirmation des commandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une affaire de famille cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le grand-p\u00e8re<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une tradition familiale bien vivante<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franck Labadie visite les caf\u00e9s, les restaurants, les h\u00f4tels et les cavistes. Il commercialise \u00e9galement des vins et champagnes aupr\u00e8s de certaines entreprises de son secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Localis\u00e9 sur la C\u00f4te Basque, Franck Labadie b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une carte de repr\u00e9sentation exclusive sur 4 d\u00e9partements : le Gers, les Landes, les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques et les Hautes-Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es. \u00ab <em>Mon grand-p\u00e8re a fond\u00e9\u0301 en 1942 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u0301 de repr\u00e9sentation de champagnes. Mon p\u00e8re et deux de mes oncles ont repris l\u2019affaire, autour de la carte Mumm, sur deux d\u00e9partements, les Landes et les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques. J\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame int\u00e9gr\u00e9\u0301 l\u2019entreprise en 1986<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le choix de tracer son propre chemin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 1997, Franck Labadie a d\u00e9cid\u00e9\u0301 d\u2019adopter une autre organisation. \u00ab <em>Quand Mumm a remis \u00e0 plat sa politique commerciale, j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9\u0301 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u0301 en nom propre Franck Labadie en reprenant des cartes de l\u2019entreprise familiale, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es depuis par d\u2019autres<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franck Labadie repr\u00e9sente des maisons et domaines implant\u00e9s dans chacun des grands terroirs fran\u00e7ais. \u00ab <em>En Champagne, j\u2019ai trois maisons en portefeuille, Laurent Perrier, Salon et Delamotte. En vin, mon portefeuille couvre l\u2019Alsace, la Bourgogne, la vall\u00e9e du Rh\u00f4ne, la Provence, le Languedoc, le Bordelais et le Val de Loire<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>\u00c0 travers les grandes maisons qui me font confiance, je suis aussi en mesure de proposer \u00e0 mes clients des vins de la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des employeurs multiples<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 un agent commercial, qui facture des honoraires et doit tenir sa comptabilit\u00e9\u0301, Franck Labadie est employ\u00e9\u0301, pay\u00e9 \u00e0 la commission sur les ventes, par chacune des maisons qu\u2019il repr\u00e9sente. Ce sont ses employeurs qui \u00e9tablissent ses fiches de paie. \u00ab <em>En mati\u00e8re de comptabilit\u00e9\u0301, je n\u2019ai qu\u2019\u00e0 soigneusement collecter mes notes de frais et \u00e0 noter les kilom\u00e8tres parcourus. Je d\u00e9clare des frais r\u00e9els \u00e0 l\u2019administration fiscale<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franck Labadie se rend une fois par an dans chacun des domaines, pour faire un point de l\u2019activit\u00e9\u0301 et d\u00e9couvrir les nouveaut\u00e9s. \u00ab <em>Le plus souvent possible, j\u2019ajoute \u00e0 ces d\u00e9placements des visites de d\u00e9gustation avec mes meilleurs clients<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une organisation m\u00e9ticuleuse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le lundi, Franck Labadie reste \u00e0 Bidard pour pr\u00e9parer sa tourn\u00e9e. Il rencontre les \u00e9tablissements le reste de la semaine, du mardi au vendredi. \u00ab <em>J\u2019ai 160 clients actifs en portefeuille, que je vois en moyenne toutes les 6 semaines<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u00ab <em>Nous sommes dans un m\u00e9tier o\u00f9 la vente se fait essentiellement au cours de rendez-vous physiques. Je prends peu de commandes par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, et encore moins par courriel<\/em> \u00bb. Pour autant, Franck Labadie a cr\u00e9\u00e9\u0301 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/support-clients-sage-services-digitaux\/\">catalogue en ligne<\/a>, gr\u00e2ce auquel ses clients peuvent aller regarder l\u2019assortiment qu\u2019il propose, acc\u00e9der aux tarifs apr\u00e8s authentification et disposer pour chaque proposition d\u2019une fiche technique tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le besoin d\u2019aller tr\u00e8s vite \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une gestion efficace du fichier clients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franck Labadie a digitalis\u00e9 la gestion de son fichier clients d\u00e8s 2011, avec Ciel, les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, puis avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/sage-50cloud\/\">Sage 50<\/a>. \u00ab <em>D\u00e9mat\u00e9rialiser mes fiches clients m\u2019a d\u00e8s le premier mois apport\u00e9 un gain de productivit\u00e9\u0301 et de fiabilit\u00e9\u0301<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec Sage 50, Franck Labadie g\u00e8re son fichier clients et pilote sa base articles, qu\u2019il actualise \u00e0 partir des tarifs consentis par les domaines. \u00ab <em>Je tiens \u00e0 jour \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9tat des stocks, \u00e0 partir des indications des domaines<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Pour chaque commande, je r\u00e9alise un bon de commande par domaine, que j\u2019adresse par courriel au domaine concern\u00e9. Je mets le client en copie, ce qui lui permet de disposer d\u2019un interlocuteur au domaine s\u2019il d\u00e9sire suivre sa commande. C\u2019est bien s\u00fbr le domaine qui facture directement \u00e0 mes clients<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sage 50, une solution moderne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La migration de Ciel \u00e0 Sage 50 s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on transparente. \u00ab <em>Mes donn\u00e9es sont pass\u00e9es simplement d\u2019une solution \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Et c\u2019est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/experience-client-definition\/\">l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client<\/a> qui s\u2019est trouv\u00e9e enrichie<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>J\u2019ai gagn\u00e9\u0301 sur deux points \u00e0 travers le changement de logiciel : l\u2019ergonomie et les \u00e9tats param\u00e9trables. En effet, l\u2019outil statistique est vraiment tr\u00e8s bien. J\u2019ai la main pour produire du reporting qui int\u00e9resse mes employeurs tout autant que faire des tris en pr\u00e9vision de mes visites commerciales<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 d\u2019extraction de l\u2019historique, Franck Labadie peut concentrer ses rendez-vous commerciaux sur l\u2019essentiel. Aller tr\u00e8s vite sur les commandes habituelles pour consacrer un peu de temps aux domaines et aux appellations que les clients ne connaissent pas encore. \u00ab <em>Il faut dire que je dispose de fen\u00eatres \u00e9troites pour mes visites. Les restaurants, par exemple, c\u2019est soit entre 10h00 et 11h00, soit entre 14h30 et 15h30<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En conclusion, la migration de Ciel \u00e0 Sage 50 apporte un plus certain \u00e0 notre entrepreneur toujours sur la route.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la solution tient aussi \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9voluer au fil des besoins nouveaux des entreprises et des innovations technologiques. \u00ab <em>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9volution de Sage 50, qui permet de joindre des documents externes aux bons de commande que j\u2019adresse par courriel, est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, par exemple<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019autres articles
