Je suis issue d\u2019un cabinet comptable et je suis \u00e9videmment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des innovations qui peuvent am\u00e9liorer notre performance<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gain\"><strong>Un gain de temps avec Sage 50<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une migration depuis Ciel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Historiquement, Alarmes Stores Fermetures fonctionnait avec deux logiciels diff\u00e9rents pour la comptabilit\u00e9 (Sage Maestria) et pour la gestion commerciale (Ciel Gestion Commerciale). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La croissance de l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019environnement r\u00e9glementaire ont conduit V\u00e9ronique Guyot \u00e0 remettre \u00e0 plat le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information de gestion. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le besoin de se mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec la loi antifraude \u00e0 la TVA a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en 2018 le choix de Sage 50, en remplacement de nos deux solutions historiques&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/sage-50cloud\/\">Sage 50<\/a> pilote d\u00e9sormais la comptabilit\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la production de la liasse fiscale. Le logiciel pilote \u00e9galement la gestion commerciale, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de la secr\u00e9taire commerciale de l\u2019entreprise, qui assure la relation avec les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Moins de manipulations et plus d\u2019analyses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Sage 50 est donc utilis\u00e9 par deux personnes au sein de Alarmes Stores Fermetures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">M\u00eame si ce n\u2019est pas son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, V\u00e9ronique Guyot constate un retour positif de la part de sa collaboratrice. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pour la partie gestion commerciale, notre secr\u00e9taire commerciale s\u2019est facilement adapt\u00e9e. Elle ne reviendrait pas en arri\u00e8re<\/em>&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour la partie comptabilit\u00e9, Sage 50 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/comptabilite-2-0-pour-des-vacances-sereines\/\">fait gagner l\u2019entreprise en fiabilit\u00e9<\/a>. Par exemple, il est impossible de modifier une facture dont le paiement est enregistr\u00e9. C\u2019est un garde-fou pour \u00e9viter toute erreur de manipulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mais c\u2019est surtout \u00e0 travers l\u2019automatisation de nombreuses t\u00e2ches effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 la main ou sous Excel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> que le changement est le plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par V\u00e9ronique Guyot. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>J\u2019ai beaucoup moins de saisies qu\u2019avant car tout le rapprochement bancaire est automatis\u00e9. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux car nous avons beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9critures. Il y a les acomptes, les soldes\u2026 Les clients paient en 2 ou 3 fois. En tout, cela repr\u00e9sente 10 000 \u00e9critures par an. L\u2019automatisation concerne aussi les relances, en fonction de r\u00e8gles que j\u2019ai d\u00e9finies gr\u00e2ce au param\u00e9trage&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour V\u00e9ronique Guyot, c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9volution professionnelle. \u00ab <em>Mon travail y a gagn\u00e9 en int\u00e9r\u00eat. Je fais d\u00e9sormais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/parfum-defficacite-chez-amorino-temoignage\/\">plus de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019analyse<\/a>, gr\u00e2ce au temps gagn\u00e9 sur la saisie. Ma r\u00e8gle est de ne jamais me laisser d\u00e9border. Je contr\u00f4le d\u00e8s le matin en arrivant que la tr\u00e9sorerie est conforme \u00e0 l\u2019attendu&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b\u00e9n\u00e9fice\"><strong>Un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de simplicit\u00e9 avec Sage Business Cloud Paie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une migration de Ciel Paye vers Sage Business Cloud Paie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Souhaitant changer au profit d\u2019une solution plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille de l\u2019entreprise, V\u00e9ronique Guyot a pris le temps de consid\u00e9rer l\u2019existant. \u00ab<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><em>J\u2019ai assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation de Sage Business Cloud Paie, qui m\u2019a tout de suite convaincue. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir s\u00e9rieusement et nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de sauter le pas<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La premi\u00e8re paie avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/logiciels\/gestionnaire-de-paie\/\">Sage Business Cloud Paie<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 effective en janvier 2021. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Tout s\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9. Les fiches de paie sont tout \u00e0 fait conformes \u00e0 ce que j\u2019attendais<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Devoir ressaisir ou pire encore perdre des donn\u00e9es sans s\u2019en rendre compte a longtemps frein\u00e9 V\u00e9ronique Guyot dans sa volont\u00e9 de changement. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la promesse de Sage, le transfert des donn\u00e9es collaborateurs de Ciel Paye \u00e0 Sage Business Cloud Paie s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans aucune difficult\u00e9. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un gain de productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La particularit\u00e9 de la convention collective du b\u00e2timent n\u2019est pas un handicap pour Sage Business Cloud Paie. Il suffit d\u2019indiquer la convention collective de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et la solution est presque imm\u00e9diatement op\u00e9rationnelle. Un maximum d\u2019automatismes sont en effet induits par l\u2019indication de la convention collective. Tous les calculs complexes sont automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour autant, V\u00e9ronique Guyot a pass\u00e9 2 ou 3 soir\u00e9es pour la prise en main&nbsp;: l\u2019ergonomie de la solution la rend plut\u00f4t intuitive. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Quand on prend le temps de s\u2019approprier la navigation entre les modules, \u00e7a va. Sage Business Cloud Paie propose des choix, qu\u2019il faut prendre en consid\u00e9ration avec beaucoup de rigueur. C\u2019est la condition pour adapter son usage \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise et aux profils des collaborateurs<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une \u00e9volution bienvenue concerne la d\u00e9claration de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/dsn-definition-de-la-dsn-declaration-sociale-nominative\/\">DSN<\/a>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Avant, je devais ressaisir ma DSN sur un portail. La t\u00e9l\u00e9transmission de la DSN est d\u00e9sormais automatique depuis Sage Business Cloud Paie&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019int\u00e9gration automatique de la convention collective du b\u00e2timent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La capacit\u00e9 de Sage Business Cloud Paie \u00e0 fonctionner selon les r\u00e8gles de la convention collective du b\u00e2timent \u00e9tait bien s\u00fbr une condition pour initier la migration. Jamais V\u00e9ronique Guyot ne se serait lanc\u00e9e dans un projet trop risqu\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>J\u2019avais eu l\u2019assurance de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de Sage Business Cloud Paie pour une entreprise du b\u00e2timent. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas d\u00e9\u00e7ue. Parmi nos 8 salari\u00e9s, toutes les cat\u00e9gories (cadres, ETAM et ouvriers) sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Par exemple, pour les ouvriers, il faut int\u00e9grer 10 % de frais de panier et il n\u2019y a pas de CSG<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">V\u00e9ronique Guyot a fait confiance \u00e0 Sage mais cela ne l\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9e de v\u00e9rifier que cette confiance \u00e9tait m\u00e9rit\u00e9e en tout point. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>J\u2019ai fait toutes les simulations possibles au d\u00e9but pour m\u2019assurer que les r\u00e8gles \u00e9taient bien prises en compte. Et je n\u2019ai d\u00e9cel\u00e9 aucune erreur&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019assurance de la conformit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">L\u2019environnement r\u00e9glementaire de la paie est vraiment d\u2019une grande complexit\u00e9. Il y a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 conna\u00eetre et \u00e0 prendre en compte et des nouveaut\u00e9s sont fr\u00e9quemment introduites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">V\u00e9ronique Guyot voit dans l\u2019assurance de la conformit\u00e9 un argument tr\u00e8s fort en faveur de Sage Business Cloud Paie. &nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Peut-\u00eatre par d\u00e9formation professionnelle, la conformit\u00e9 est un enjeu vraiment tr\u00e8s important pour moi. Je me mets sans arr\u00eat cette pression de me dire \u2018\u2019suis-je en r\u00e8gle&nbsp;? Est-ce que je fais bien&nbsp;?\u2019\u2019. Avec Ciel Paye, je rev\u00e9rifiais sans arr\u00eat mes formules pour \u00eatre totalement rassur\u00e9e. L\u00e0, je me sens en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Il faut dire que Alarmes Stores Fermetures a subi un contr\u00f4le URSSAF en 2018. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il y a eu un litige \u00e0 propos du dispositif Fillon mais j\u2019ai fini par obtenir gain de cause. Pour autant, cela m\u2019a servi de le\u00e7on. Alors que j\u2019ai d\u00fb batailler pour d\u00e9montrer le bienfond\u00e9 de mes calculs, l\u2019automatisation et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de Sage Business Cloud Paie m\u2019auraient \u00e9vit\u00e9 tous ces tracas. Avec cette solution, d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, c\u2019est Sage qui est garant pour moi vis-\u00e0-vis des institutions&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>En conclusion, la migration de Ciel vers Sage 50 et Sage Business Cloud Paie ne transforme pas que les pratiques de l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">V\u00e9ronique Guyot conserve un souvenir mitig\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9poque pas si \u00e9loign\u00e9e o\u00f9 travailler \u00e0 distance impliquait pour elle une logistique p\u00e9nible. L\u00e0, avec Sage Business Cloud Paie comme avec Sage 50, V\u00e9ronique Guyot a gagn\u00e9 un avantage qui lui change la vie&nbsp;: la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je peux me connecter partout avec ma tablette et travailler aussi bien qu\u2019au bureau. Une insomnie&nbsp;? Hop, une fiche de paie ou une revue des encours clients dans mon lit&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 libert\u00e9, il faut souligner l\u2019apport du Cloud pour Sage Business Cloud Paie. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une question de mobilit\u00e9. Le principe de l\u2019abonnement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/saas-definition-du-logiciel-saas\/\">le SaaS<\/a>, me convient parfaitement. C\u2019est clair et souple. Si nous embauchons une personne, l\u2019ajustement se fait instantan\u00e9ment.
