Cette approche est aussi celle de Sage X3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La mont\u00e9e en version 12 de l\u2019ERP apporte \u00e0 Schiever une s\u00e9rie de nouveaux avantages, notamment au niveau du traitement de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/tva-non-recuperable-les-limites-de-la-deductibilite\/\">TVA<\/a> et de la gestion des immobilisations. N\u00e9 en Bourgogne, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schiever.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le groupe<\/a> a essaim\u00e9 en Pologne, au Tadjikistan et en Ouzb\u00e9kistan. L\u2019entreprise comptait en 2022 environ 7 000 collaborateurs et 200 magasins sous enseigne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">L\u2019histoire commence en 1871, avec la fondation par Euph\u00e9mie Schiever d\u2019une entreprise de n\u00e9goce de vins et spiritueux \u00e0 Avallon (89). Grossiste alimentaire depuis 1900, l\u2019entreprise ouvre son premier supermarch\u00e9 en 1969 et son premier hypermarch\u00e9 en 1994. Schiever s\u2019implante en Pologne en 2001, ouvre en 2016 le 1<sup>er<\/sup> hypermarch\u00e9 du Tadjikistan et poursuit son internationalisation en 2021 avec l\u2019Ouzb\u00e9kistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Schiever est aujourd\u2019hui organis\u00e9 autour de 5 activit\u00e9s&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <strong>distribution g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste<\/strong>, sous enseignes Auchan, Bi1, Maximarch\u00e9 et Proximarch\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>distribution sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e<\/strong>, \u00e0 travers 4 enseignes de bricolage, d\u00e9coration et jardinage, l\u2019enseigne d\u2019habillement Kiabi et une enseigne de prestation de services&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/une-meilleure-visibilite-sur-chaine-logistique\/\">logistique<\/a><\/strong>, autour d\u2019entrep\u00f4ts en propre, une flotte de transport et des services d\u2019approvisionnement&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>centrale d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/bonnes-pratiques-achats-pour-se-simplifier-la-vie\/\">achats<\/a><\/strong>, qui s\u00e9lectionne et ach\u00e8te les produits propos\u00e9s dans les magasins&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/declaration-des-loyers-etes-vous-au-point\/\">gestion immobili\u00e8re<\/a><\/strong>, pour optimiser le patrimoine de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"international\"><strong>Schiever anime un r\u00e9seau international<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Schiever exploite 179 magasins en France, 10 en Pologne, 15 au Tadjikistan et une trentaine en Ouzb\u00e9kistan. Propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un grand nombre de ces points de vente, l\u2019entreprise est aussi \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019enseigne bi1, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans de nombreuses localit\u00e9s de Bourgogne-Franche-Comt\u00e9, principalement en zone rurale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">L\u2019entreprise est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 Auchan au sein de la centrale d\u2019achats Eurauchan et livre des magasins ind\u00e9pendants aux enseignes Proximarch\u00e9 et Maximarch\u00e9. En 2022, elle employait 7 017 collaborateurs dans 4 pays&nbsp;: France, Pologne et Tadjikistan et Ouzb\u00e9kistan. Tous les services administratifs des entit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises du groupe sont centralis\u00e9s historiquement \u00e0 Avallon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/sage-x3\/\">Sage X3<\/a> est la solution choisie pour piloter la gestion de l\u2019administration centrale de l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Dans notre organisation, les magasins sont nos clients. Pour chacun d\u2019entre eux, nous distinguons des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres qui sont autant de centres de profit&nbsp;: magasin, atelier de boucherie, rayon fruits et l\u00e9gumes, SAV\u2026 Nous \u00e9mettons annuellement 600 000 factures et traitons 800 000 factures entrantes<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-solution-pour-une-logique-de-gestion-par-magasin\"><strong>La solution pour une logique de gestion par magasin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Sage X3 pilote la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/comptabilite-generale-definition\/\">comptabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/a>, la comptabilit\u00e9 clients, la comptabilit\u00e9 fournisseurs et assure le suivi comptable des immobilisations des entit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre solution est interfac\u00e9e avec SAP, qui pilote la gestion des approvisionnements. L\u2019unit\u00e9 comptable de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est le magasin. Il se trouve que c\u2019est aussi la logique de Sage&nbsp;; ce qui en fait un outil tr\u00e8s adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une organisation comme la n\u00f4tre<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Jean-Marc Hampe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La consolidation financi\u00e8re part des magasins, qui sont agr\u00e9g\u00e9s en soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ou en activit\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous produisons un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/bilan-comptable-definition-du-bilan-comptable-dune-entreprise\/\">bilan<\/a>, et un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/compte-de-resultat-definition\/\">compte de r\u00e9sultat<\/a> par magasin, pour identifier, entre autres, ses charges, ses produits et ses immobilisations. Nous nous appuyons sur Sage X3 depuis 2003, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque sous la marque Adonix<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-avantages-de-la-nouvelle-version-de-l-erp\"><strong>Les avantages de la nouvelle version de l\u2019ERP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Jean-Marc Hampe regarde la version 12 comme un v\u00e9ritable bond en avant pour Sage X3. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices se situent \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Par exemple, en termes de gestion de TVA, o\u00f9 nous avons gagn\u00e9 en facilit\u00e9 d\u2019usage. Cette ergonomie s\u2019appr\u00e9cie d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e8s la prise en main de la nouvelle version&nbsp;: nos 70 utilisateurs ont tout de suite \u00e9t\u00e9 conquis<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La version 12 apporte \u00e9galement une stabilit\u00e9 encore plus forte et une nouvelle vague d\u2019automatisation des \u00e9critures, appr\u00e9ciable au regard des volumes trait\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable plus pour anticiper la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique&nbsp;<\/a>\u00bb. <\/em>Enfin, Jean-Marc Hampe tient \u00e0 souligner la qualit\u00e9 du module de gestion des immobilisations, h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la solution Abel<em>. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons 100 000 fiches d\u2019immobilisation \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Sage X3 v12 nous propose vraiment une solution tr\u00e8s aboutie<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"solutions\"><strong>Deux solutions compl\u00e9mentaires pour \u00e9tendre la cha\u00eene financi\u00e8re<\/strong> de Schiever<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Le choix de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/sage-xrt-treasury-universe-edition-modules-communication-signature\/\">Sage XRT<\/a> remonte \u00e0 plus de 15 ans. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Comme Sage X3, Sage XRT est un outil qui nous correspond tr\u00e8s bien. Il est en particulier tr\u00e8s performant et tr\u00e8s stable pour la communication bancaire<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, ajoute Jean-Marc Hampe. Sage XRT pilote principalement les interfaces avec les partenaires bancaires de Schiever et assure la gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle des engagements. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous savons \u00e0 tout moment ce que nous devons, \u00e0 qui et pour quelle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, et ce que nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9. Nous y voyons clair&nbsp;!<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Sage XRT est interfac\u00e9 avec Sage X3, qui commande les r\u00e8glements et pilote la base tiers. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La solution r\u00e9cup\u00e8re les flux des op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es sur les relev\u00e9s bancaires et les met en relation avec les engagements, identifi\u00e9s dans Sage X3<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-systeme-d-information-agile\"><strong>Un syst\u00e8me d\u2019information agile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Schiever est un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me dynamique, qui proc\u00e8de \u00e0 des mouvements de p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres en fonction des opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019il rencontre. Pour Jean-Marc Hampe, il est \u00e9videmment strat\u00e9gique de \u00ab&nbsp;<em>pouvoir compter sur des outils souples, qui \u00e9pousent nos contours et restent stables<\/em> \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-savoir-faire-d-un-partenaire-engage\"><strong>Le savoir-faire d\u2019un partenaire engag\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour Schiever, la mont\u00e9e en version 12 de Sage X3 correspond aussi \u00e0 un changement dans son accompagnement. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous \u00e9tions jusqu\u2019alors directement suivis par Sage. Nous avons choisi Inetum pour la suite de l\u2019aventure. Et si, au d\u00e9part, nous \u00e9tions un peu frileux \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de quitter le confort d\u2019un partenariat direct avec l\u2019\u00e9diteur, l\u2019engagement et l\u2019expertise d\u2019Inetum nous ont tr\u00e8s vite rassur\u00e9s<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La confiance de l\u2019entreprise s\u2019\u00e9tablit d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Inetum a une culture informatique. L\u2019\u00e9quipe nous a propos\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-securite-numerique-mise-en-equation\/\">archivage s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/a> de nos donn\u00e9es, sachant que nous avions des millions d\u2019enregistrements dans nos tables&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, se souvient Jean-Marc Hampe. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La purge des stocks de donn\u00e9es, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e post migration, a rendu nettement plus confortable l\u2019exploitation quotidienne<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Un autre point fort d\u2019Inetum est la parfaite connaissance de la solution Sage X3. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous disposons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette ma\u00eetrise approfondie d\u2019une configuration qui correspond \u00e0 100 % de nos besoins en \u00e9tant au plus proche des standards. C\u2019est plus simple pour la maintenance<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rse\"><strong>Une contribution \u00e0 l\u2019engagement RSE de Schiever<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Schiever s\u2019engage r\u00e9solument en faveur&nbsp;de la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental de son activit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des territoires qui abritent ses points de vente. Jean-Marc Hampe sait pouvoir obtenir davantage de Sage X3 en soutien \u00e0 cet engagement. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Aujourd\u2019hui, Sage offre un niveau de d\u00e9tail de l\u2019information qui nous a permis d\u2019\u00e9laborer le premier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/altitude-infra-decarbonation-temoignage\/\">bilan carbone<\/a> du groupe. Nous pouvons aller plus loin dans la collecte de donn\u00e9es comptables, notamment dans l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de nos frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. C\u2019est un chantier qui reste \u00e0 conduire mais je sens un potentiel important pour mesurer notre empreinte carbone<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour le volet bien-\u00eatre au travail de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/esg-faites-de-vos-performances-un-atout-pour-votre-entreprise\/\">d\u00e9marche RSE<\/a>, \u00ab&nbsp;<em>l\u2019aspect collaboratif et l\u2019ergonomie de la version 12 contribuent tr\u00e8s clairement \u00e0 la satisfaction des utilisateurs. Nous avons pu simplifier leur t\u00e2che avec des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels uniques, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la logique profonde de la solution<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Attentif \u00e0 la mise en avant des producteurs locaux, le groupe Schiever a fait de la r\u00e9duction des circuits d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/approvisionnement-gestion-de-lapprovisionnement-dune-entreprise\/\">approvisionnement<\/a> une priorit\u00e9 de sa politique d\u2019animation des points de vente, notamment \u00e0 travers son enseigne bi1.
