Quatre clients Sage r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 cette question en d\u00e9roulant leurs arguments dans une vid\u00e9o percutante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 quatre voix d\u00e9montre que les raisons de changer de version peuvent \u00eatre multiples. Mais surtout que la migration vers la derni\u00e8re version contribue ind\u00e9niablement \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la fonction finance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#rester\">Rester connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la feuille de route<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#profiter\">Profiter de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#mettre\">Se mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9glementation<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#gagner\">Gagner en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a><strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#faire\">Faire monter les utilisateurs en comp\u00e9tence<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#cloud\">Exploiter dans le Cloud<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rester\"><strong>Rester connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la feuille de route<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interrog\u00e9e au cours d\u2019un Club Clients<sup>1<\/sup>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/catherine-dervin-62553948\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Catherine Dervin<\/a>, num\u00e9ro 2 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/daf-un-role-a-reinventer\/\">fonction finance<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019affirme sans d\u00e9tour\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>On sait tr\u00e8s bien qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas avoir plus de deux versions d&rsquo;\u00e9cart\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi\u00a0? Parce que l\u2019int\u00e9gration de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/sage-frp-1000\/\">Sage FRP 1000<\/a> au syst\u00e8me d\u2019information r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une recherche d\u2019efficacit\u00e9. C\u2019est vrai par exemple pour le rapprochement bancaire<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019automatisation est un levier incontournable d\u00e8s que l\u2019on \u00e9voque l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la cl\u00f4ture des comptes. Comme Bertrand Multrier, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/laurence-villaret-b972a094\/\">Laurence Villaret<\/a>, qui ne manque aucun Club Clients Sage FRP 1000, regarde avec int\u00e9r\u00eat le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/fast-closing-accelerateur-de-transformation-entreprises\/\">fast closing<\/a><sup>2<\/sup>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Dans sa nouvelle version, Sage FRP 1000 est encore plus un <\/em><em>outil de fast closing. C&rsquo;est assez simple et on peut faire des extractions dans tous les sens<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On retrouve Catherine Dervin sur le sujet de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des fonctionnalit\u00e9s<sup>1<\/sup>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je vois trois b\u00e9n\u00e9fices flagrants \u00e0 la nouvelle version&nbsp;: l&rsquo;ergonomie, le lettrage et la fonction recherc<\/em>he&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mettre\"><strong>Se mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9glementation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019importance de la migration vers la derni\u00e8re version s\u2019appr\u00e9cie \u00e9galement en termes de respect des r\u00e9glementations en vigueur, comme la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/directive-csrd-et-transformation-digitale\/\">CSRD<\/a> par exemple. En effet, Sage int\u00e8gre \u00e9videmment au fur et \u00e0 mesure des versions de Sage FRP 1000 les obligations qui apparaissent. On retrouve Catherine Dervin<sup>1<\/sup>\u2026\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a vrai risque \u00e0 ne pas monter en version. Interrog\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment<sup>3<\/sup>, il n\u2019y va pas par quatre chemins. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>\u00c0 rester sur des vieilles versions, on peut avoir des trous de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La nouvelle version apporte ce confort en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et nous permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 niveau&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monter en version, c\u2019est donc clairement \u00ab&nbsp;<em>se mettre \u00e0 jour au niveau de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter, si c&rsquo;est possible, les attaques<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, conclut Catherine Dervin sur ce point<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faire\"><strong>Migration : faire monter les utilisateurs en comp\u00e9tence<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fait que la migration vers la derni\u00e8re version am\u00e9liore l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateurs est une id\u00e9e ch\u00e8re \u00e0 Mathieu Reynaud<sup>3<\/sup>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019utilisateur voit vraiment la diff\u00e9rence entre l&rsquo;ancienne et la nouvelle version. Sachant qu&rsquo;il fait des actions quelquefois r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, il gagne beaucoup de temps dans son quotidien&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bertrand Multrier abonde et voit m\u00eame dans la migration l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019un enrichissement de la mission de ses \u00e9quipes<sup>2<\/sup>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il <\/em><em>y a des nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui permettent de gagner en productivit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9quipes. Pour qu&rsquo;elles puissent \u00eatre davantage dans l&rsquo;analyse et davantage dans la valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laurence Villaret mentionne un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de transversalit\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Avec la derni\u00e8re version, <\/em><em>nous partageons des reportings automatiques en temps r\u00e9el sur les donn\u00e9es. Cela nous permet de donner aussi acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019outil \u00e0 des non-financiers<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cloud\"><strong>Questionner l\u2019exploitation dans le Cloud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monter en version, c\u2019est aussi se poser la question de l\u2019h\u00e9bergement de Sage FRP 1000 et de la gestion des acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On retrouve Laurence Villaret, tr\u00e8s concern\u00e9e par les enjeux de mobilit\u00e9<sup>2<\/sup>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous travaillons en mode <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/saas-definition-du-logiciel-saas\/\">SaaS<\/a>. Et c&rsquo;est extr\u00eamement plus pratique, notamment pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Pour nous, c&rsquo;est vraiment l&rsquo;avenir <\/em>!&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Cloud, c\u2019est aussi une facilitation de l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres applications. Et clairement une bonne anticipation des pratiques associ\u00e9es au passage \u00e0 la facture \u00e9lectronique. En tout cas, c\u2019est Mathieu Reynaud, qui le dit<sup>3<\/sup>&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La nouvelle version apporte beaucoup de nouvelles options sur ces sujets-l\u00e0.
