C\u2019est la&nbsp;<strong>valeur apport\u00e9e par votre entreprise<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>au prix de revient du produit ou du service. Elle permet d\u2019assurer la rentabilit\u00e9 de votre activit\u00e9, et participe \u00e0 inscrire l\u2019entreprise dans une d\u00e9marche de performance \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bonne marge commerciale est celle qui permet \u00e0 la fois de bien vendre vos produits, d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une part de march\u00e9 confortable et d&rsquo;assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de son activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-prix-de-vente-calcule-avec-un-taux-de-marge\"><strong>Le prix de vente calcul\u00e9 avec un taux de marge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certains secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, il n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible de se fier \u00e0 un co\u00fbt de revient stable. Dans ce cas, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de fixer le prix de vente en fonction du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/comment-calculer-votre-taux-de-marge\/\">taux de marge brute<\/a> n\u00e9cessaire au bon fonctionnement de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prix de vente = prix d&rsquo;achat HT x (1 + taux de marge brute) x TVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-prix-de-vente-determine-avec-un-coefficient-multiplicateur\"><strong>Le prix de vente d\u00e9termin\u00e9 avec un coefficient multiplicateur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troisi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode&nbsp;: vous pouvez appliquer un coefficient multiplicateur au prix d&rsquo;achat pour obtenir le prix de vente du produit ou du service. Celui-ci se calcule en fonction de la marge que l&rsquo;entreprise souhaite obtenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prix de vente = co\u00fbt d&rsquo;achat HT x coefficient multiplicateur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"service\"><strong>Comment calculer le prix de vente d&rsquo;un service ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour calculer le prix de vente d\u2019un service, apr\u00e8s avoir comptabilis\u00e9 le prix de revient, il est recommand\u00e9 de tenir compte de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la<strong>\u00a0r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0<\/strong>attendue chaque mois en \u00f4tant les jours d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la prospection et \u00e0 l\u2019administratif (environ 21 jours sur 30) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le\u00a0<strong>taux horaire ou le taux journalier\u00a0<\/strong>appliqu\u00e9 dans la profession en fonction de votre notori\u00e9t\u00e9, de votre exp\u00e9rience\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"concurrence\"><strong>Tenez compte de la concurrence&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour calculer votre prix de vente, il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de conna\u00eetre le prix des concurrents et de r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9. Impossible en effet de fixer un prix de vente sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 vos concurrents, \u00e0 moins que votre produit ou votre prestation marque une vraie diff\u00e9rence en termes de qualit\u00e9 pour justifier cet \u00e9cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre le prix de vente souhait\u00e9 et un prix de vente r\u00e9aliste, en phase avec votre march\u00e9, il peut donc y avoir une nette diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"benefices\"><strong>Le calcul des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois le prix de vente fix\u00e9, et les ventes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9gage un chiffre d\u2019affaires. Elle doit ensuite calculer \u00a0son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Calculez le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut : <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut = recettes \u2212 co\u00fbt de revient.<\/strong><br>2.
