Il fallait donc \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecomptoirdemathilde.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019entreprise<\/a> un ERP capable de piloter la gestion des stocks, la production et la finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/sage-x3\/\">Sage X3<\/a> et le WMS associ\u00e9, l\u2019entreprise a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 centraliser son pilotage en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des points de vente. Les chiffres cit\u00e9s par Olivier Toustou t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du concept. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le Comptoir de Mathilde, c\u2019est une centaine de collaborateurs, plus de 800 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences gourmandes et un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 35 millions d\u2019euros en 2022<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le concept du Comptoir de Mathilde, c\u2019est \u00ab&nbsp;<em>le go\u00fbt des bonnes choses, la nostalgie de l\u2019enfance, l\u2019\u00e9motion gustative et visuelle et la tradition fran\u00e7aise\u2026<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Tout un programme, men\u00e9 tambour battant par Richard Fournier et son \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reseau\"><strong>Un r\u00e9seau accompagn\u00e9 avec un maximum d\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entreprise est organis\u00e9e pour accompagner avec un maximum de fiabilit\u00e9 et de service son r\u00e9seau de franchis\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le Comptoir de Mathilde anime une relation de proximit\u00e9 avec chacune de ses boutiques, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe commerciale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la franchise. Une formation exclusive et une assistance renforc\u00e9e au d\u00e9part assurent un bon d\u00e9marrage pour celles et ceux qui nous rejoignent<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Olivier Toustou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La digitalisation de la gestion constitue \u00e9videmment un levier au service de cette efficacit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis du r\u00e9seau. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons choisi de nous appuyer sur l\u2019ERP Sage X3 en mode SaaS en 2021. Nous avons activ\u00e9 toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de la solution. Notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/systeme-dinformation-definition\/\">syst\u00e8me d\u2019information<\/a> est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des d\u00e9veloppements sp\u00e9cifiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Arcanes. Il fallait \u00e0 la fois structurer notre organisation et centraliser les donn\u00e9es de gestion<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ERP Sage X3 permet d\u2019optimiser les processus de l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous sommes partis d\u2019une situation o\u00f9 il y avait beaucoup de fichiers Excel<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>qui se passaient d&rsquo;un service \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, h\u00e9berg\u00e9s sur un serveur. Et pas d&rsquo;unicit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;information. Nous avons gagn\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment en termes de fluidit\u00e9 et de pilotage. C&rsquo;est cela qui a permis aussi d&rsquo;aider \u00e0 la construction de l&rsquo;organisation&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-comptoir-de-mathilde-et-son-partenaire-integrateur-engage\"><strong>Le Comptoir de Mathilde et son partenaire int\u00e9grateur engag\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aux yeux d\u2019Olivier Toustou, la principale qualit\u00e9 d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcanes.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arcanes<\/a> est la proximit\u00e9 avec ses clients. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ils ont dans leur ADN la proximit\u00e9 avec leurs clients. Nous parlons aussi bien de nos fiches techniques que de nos catalogues de produits<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/moyennes-et-grandes-entreprises-pme-eti\/solutions-complementaires\/sage-youdoc\/\">Sage Youdoc<\/a>, r\u00e9pond bien au cahier des charges, avec l\u2019avantage d\u2019apporter en outre une r\u00e9ponse performante aux enjeux de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des factures. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons \u00e0 transformer des processus internes pour pr\u00e9parer la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique<\/a>. Disposer des outils ad\u00e9quats facilitera l\u2019adoption de nouvelles pratiques par les \u00e9quipes<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"supplychain\"><strong>Le Comptoir de Mathilde : une \u00e9volution forte de la <em>supply chain<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Comptoir de Mathilde produit et consomme des emballages. L\u2019entreprise a engag\u00e9 un travail sur la r\u00e9duction du poids de ses emballages. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Dans le m\u00eame esprit, nous avons lanc\u00e9 des chantiers de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u00e9nergie intervenant dans le pr\u00e9chauffage de nos eaux de traitement et de nettoyage des ateliers de production. Nous avons un projet en photovolta\u00efque qui va permettre d\u2019atteindre un tiers d&rsquo;autoproduction d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entreprise travaille \u00e9galement sur des solutions d&rsquo;entrep\u00f4ts d\u00e9port\u00e9s pour \u00eatre au plus pr\u00e8s de ses clients. Avec un d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;optimisation du taux de remplissage des camions de point \u00e0 point. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>En soutien de tous ces challenges, il y a une meilleure exploitation de nos donn\u00e9es. De nouvelles \u00e9tapes de digitalisation sont donc au programme, comme l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une GED ou la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une solution de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/business-intelligence-definition-de-la-bi\/\">Business Intelligence (BI)<\/a>. La d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des relations avec les tiers est aussi une mani\u00e8re d\u2019anticiper l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la <a
