L\u2019entit\u00e9 a adopt\u00e9 Sage X3 pour automatiser sa comptabilit\u00e9, sa gestion de production, sa logistique et les cycles clients et fournisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayant migr\u00e9 vers la derni\u00e8re version du logiciel pour gagner en connectivit\u00e9 et en ergonomie, l\u2019entreprise peut d\u00e9sormais aborder sereinement les d\u00e9fis de la facture \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience avec Philippe Hesters, Responsable Informatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#cent\">Un entreprise centenaire  <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#prod\">Une production industrielle pilot\u00e9e avec Sage X3<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#anticiper\">L&rsquo;anticipation la facture \u00e9lectronique<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#reporting\">Le e-reporting<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cent\"><strong>Le Creuset SAS, une entreprise centenaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;entreprise fabrique depuis pr\u00e8s de cent ans dans le nord de la France la gamme de fonte \u00e9maill\u00e9e, dont la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cocotte, de la marque Le Creuset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Creuset, c\u2019est d\u2019abord une histoire belge. Une histoire qui remonte \u00e0 1925, quand deux industriels mettent leurs expertises en commun pour former un acteur d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la fonte \u00e9maill\u00e9e. Les couleurs entrent \u00e0 la cuisine&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecreuset.fr\/fr_FR\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u2019entreprise<\/a> voit le jour \u00e0 Fresnoy-le-Grand, dans les Ardennes fran\u00e7aises. Desservie par plusieurs voies de transport, la commune accueille facilement le fer, le charbon et le sable indispensables \u00e0 la production des cocottes. Plusieurs usines et des filiales de distribution composent un acteur totalement mondialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la cocotte demeure le produit embl\u00e8me de la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019entreprise bient\u00f4t centenaire, d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments se sont en effet peu \u00e0 peu ajout\u00e9s. Par exemple, Le Creuset propose d\u00e9sormais des ustensiles pour la cuisine et la p\u00e2tisserie, des objets pour le service de table et m\u00eame des gants et tabliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prod\"><strong>Une production industrielle pilot\u00e9e avec Sage X3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Philippe Hesters est le Responsable Informatique de l\u2019entit\u00e9 industrielle fran\u00e7aise. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019exploitation de Sage X3 a commenc\u00e9 en 2011. Nous avons choisi la solution pour sa puissance et sa simplicit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres sont couverts par l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/definition-qu-est-ce-qu-une-solution-erp-pgi\/\">ERP<\/a>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le cycle des achats, le cycle des ventes, la comptabilit\u00e9, les finances la fabrication et la logistique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l\u2019excellence de l\u2019outil<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Philippe Hesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-montee-en-version-pour-profiter-des-dernieres-innovations\"><strong>Une mont\u00e9e en version pour profiter des derni\u00e8res innovations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2022, Le Creuset SAS d\u00e9cide de monter en derni\u00e8re version de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/sage-x3\/\">Sage X3<\/a>. Philippe Hesters expose ainsi les principaux avantages de cette migration. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce qui a chang\u00e9, c&rsquo;est surtout l&rsquo;ergonomie. Pour aborder ce tournant majeur, outre la derni\u00e8re version de Sage X3, Le Creuset SAS peut s\u2019appuyer sur de solides r\u00e9flexes. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures internes bien \u00e9tablies concernant nos bases tiers. Le Creuset SAS conduit en effet un projet phare&nbsp;: le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/nettoyage-des-donnees-chantier-prioritaire-facture-electronique\/\">nettoyage des donn\u00e9es<\/a>. Concr\u00e8tement, les clients qui n&rsquo;ont plus de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires depuis trois ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce qui nous permet de nous focaliser sur les clients pour lesquels les num\u00e9ros de SIREN ou de SIRET ne seraient pas complets<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9volution s\u2019inscrit dans un protocole extr\u00eamement balis\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous nous appuyons sur un syst\u00e8me de workflow d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9 chez nous. En cas de modification d&rsquo;un de ces num\u00e9ros-l\u00e0 ou d&rsquo;un num\u00e9ro de TVA, syst\u00e9matiquement, l&rsquo;administrateur des donn\u00e9es en est inform\u00e9. Par s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nous voulons une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de toutes les modifications<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, ajoute le Responsable Informatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reporting\"><strong>Le e-reporting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groupe international, avec de multiples <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/facturation-hors-ue-union-europeenne\/\">facturations<\/a> internes entre des sites install\u00e9s dans plusieurs pays et des fournisseurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du globe, Le Creuset est \u00e9videmment tr\u00e8s concern\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/eti-reinventer-le-reporting-guide\/\">e-reporting<\/a>. Philippe Hesters en a fait sa seconde priorit\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons notamment des interactions fortes avec la Belgique, les Pays-Bas et m\u00eame le Royaume-Uni, \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent hors UE<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019enjeu est de conserver la fluidit\u00e9 dans le cadre de ces nouvelles r\u00e8gles. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je m\u2019efforce de jouer toujours un coup d\u2019avance. L\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance n\u2019est que dans deux ans mais il faut que nous ayons le temps de pouvoir pr\u00e9parer les projets et les budgets. Et de faire adh\u00e9rer la Direction au plan de changement<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, conclut Philippe Hesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Creuset SAS a lanc\u00e9 deux grands chantiers&nbsp;: le nettoyage des bases tiers et le pilotage du e-reporting. Ayant d\u00e9couvert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-network\/\">Sage Network<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une journ\u00e9e clients, l\u2019entreprise est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 approfondir le sujet. En effet, connecter son syst\u00e8me d\u2019information \u00e0 la nouvelle plateforme Sage lui permettrait de booster ses cycles clients et fournisseurs au-del\u00e0 du minimum apport\u00e9 par la
