Pourtant, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique <\/a>est aussi une opportunit\u00e9 de modernisation des syst\u00e8mes comptables.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><div class=\"wp-block-yoast-seo-table-of-contents yoast-table-of-contents\"><ul><li><a href=\"#majeur\" data-level=\"2\">Facture &eacute;lectronique&nbsp;: une r&eacute;forme majeure<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#retard\" data-level=\"2\">Un retard d&rsquo;adaptation pr&eacute;occupant face &agrave; la r&eacute;forme<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#tremplin\" data-level=\"2\">La facture &eacute;lectronique, un tremplin vers l&rsquo;IA<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#vers\" data-level=\"2\">Vers une g&eacute;n&eacute;ralisation des solutions de facturation enrichies &agrave; l&rsquo;IA&nbsp;?<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#declarer\" data-level=\"2\">La plateforme agr&eacute;&eacute;e Sage<\/a><ul><li><a href=\"#h-comment-s-inscrire-a-la-plateforme-agreee-sage\" data-level=\"3\">Comment s&rsquo;inscrire &agrave; la plateforme agr&eacute;&eacute;e Sage ?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"majeur\"><strong>Facture \u00e9lectronique&nbsp;: une r\u00e9forme majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9forme de la facturation \u00e9lectronique imposera la <strong>transmission \u00e9lectronique de toutes les factures entre les entreprises via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.impots.gouv.fr\/liste-des-plateformes-agreees-immatriculees-sous-reserve\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e immatricul\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat<\/a><\/strong>. Les organisations devront donc abandonner les PDF cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de tableurs ou de traitements de texte, au profit d\u2019un format structur\u00e9 et conforme aux exigences fiscales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette obligation s\u2019appliquera \u00e0 toutes les PME assujetties \u00e0 la TVA (y compris les micro-entreprises) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre 2026 en r\u00e9ception de factures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre 2027 en \u00e9mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"retard\"><strong>Un retard d\u2019adaptation pr\u00e9occupant face \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c0 un an de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la r\u00e9forme, les PME fran\u00e7aises accusent un net retard dans leur mise en conformit\u00e9.<\/strong> Elles doivent pourtant engager des r\u00e9formes op\u00e9rationnelles, techniques et organisationnelles, afin de traiter les factures \u00e9lectroniques et s\u2019y habituer. Il leur faudra \u00e9galement choisir une plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e et s\u2019y abonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"#gate-ef5fadf6-6d44-4f96-86eb-e7f6eb123962\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le guide de la facture \u00e9lectronique pour les PME<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daf-mag.fr\/Thematique\/reglementation-1243\/normes-2201\/Breves\/facturation-electronique-seules-entreprises-disent-pretes-face-reforme-473229.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selon une enqu\u00eate d\u2019avril 2025<\/a>, \u00e0 peine 1 % des PME avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place l&rsquo;ensemble de ces pr\u00e9requis. Toutes tailles confondues, 7 % des entreprises \u2013 majoritairement des PME \u2013 n\u2019avaient pas encore amorc\u00e9 leur r\u00e9flexion sur le sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus qu\u2019une simple contrainte, la facture \u00e9lectronique est pourtant une opportunit\u00e9. Elle offre des gains concrets en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, et ouvre la voie \u00e0 une facturation enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9ris\u00e9e. Elle invite surtout les PME \u00e0 migrer vers une gestion plus fluide et automatis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tremplin\"><strong> La facture \u00e9lectronique, un tremplin vers l\u2019IA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette r\u00e9forme oblige en effet les entreprises \u00e0 repenser leur traitement interne de la facturation. Elle est donc l\u2019occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e, pour les PME utilisant encore un logiciel comptable <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/on-premise-definition\/\">on premise<\/a>,<\/em> d\u2019adopter<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/definition-qu-est-ce-qu-une-solution-erp-pgi\/\"> un ERP<\/a> dans le cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La facturation \u00e9lectronique peut alors constituer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemondeinformatique.fr\/publi_info\/lire-pme-la-facture-electronique-tremplin-vers-l-ia-1231.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9<\/a> dans la modernisation des syst\u00e8mes comptables. <\/strong>Au-del\u00e0 de la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire, elle facilite l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de technologies d&rsquo;automatisation et d&rsquo;IA. Ces technologies innovantes permettent, par exemple, de supprimer les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, de d\u00e9tecter automatiquement les anomalies, et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les processus comptables&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils d\u2019analyse et d\u2019IA, les entreprises peuvent <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>anticiper<\/strong> leurs besoins ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pr\u00e9voir<\/strong> les flux financiers ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>prendre des d\u00e9cisions<\/strong> fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es actualis\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019automatisation de certaines t\u00e2ches complexes, comme la cl\u00f4ture comptable ou le suivi des paiements, all\u00e8ge le travail des \u00e9quipes.
