Quant au fournisseur, avant de deviser, il devra s\u2019assurer de la conformit\u00e9 de son client. Sinon, il prend le risque de ne pas pouvoir facturer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>La conformit\u00e9 de la facture elle-m\u00eame est aussi une condition de sa transmission.
