class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recrudescence des tentatives de fraude, ralentissement de la demande, contraction des carnets de commandes, allongement des d\u00e9lais de paiement (DSO), tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, hausse durable du co\u00fbt du capital et volatilit\u00e9 accrue des devises et des march\u00e9s : <strong>les directions financi\u00e8res \u00e9voluent d\u00e9sormais dans un univers de risques et d\u2019incertitude structurelle. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 <strong>la tr\u00e9sorerie<\/strong> \u00e9tait autrefois un sujet d\u2019optimisation, elle <strong>est devenue un enjeu de r\u00e9silience, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de survie strat\u00e9gique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta\">\n\t\t\t<a d\u00e9cision<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pour cela, un constat s\u2019impose : les m\u00e9thodes, les outils et les organisations qui fonctionnaient hier ne suffisent plus aujourd\u2019hui. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est pourquoi,<strong> tr\u00e9soriers et DAF se doivent d\u00e9sormais de partager une vision unique, en temps r\u00e9el, s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et ax\u00e9e sur la performance pour prot\u00e9ger l\u2019entreprise et soutenir la strat\u00e9gie.<\/strong> Une convergence qui doit passer par un socle technologique commun, dont la pierre angulaire est aujourd\u2019hui le TMS (Treasury Management System).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019enjeu n\u2019est plus seulement de g\u00e9rer les liquidit\u00e9s, mais bien d\u2019<strong>orchestrer une v\u00e9ritable cha\u00eene de valeur financi\u00e8re totalement s\u00e9curis\u00e9e.<\/strong> Et pour cela, des transformations technologiques, organisationnelles et culturelles sont plus que jamais n\u00e9cessaires !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-sage-container is-constrained is-style-jade\"><div
