Ma premi\u00e8re mission d\u2019importance a \u00e9t\u00e9 de piloter la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/histoires-de-reussite\/acoem\/\">migration vers la derni\u00e8re version<\/a> de notre ERP<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi migrer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous suivons les recommandations de l\u2019\u00e9diteur pour rester dans les clous de sa politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de maintenance<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais il y a une autre raison, mise en avant par le DSI d\u2019AFTRAL. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Suivre la feuille de route, c\u2019est aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier au plus t\u00f4t des derni\u00e8res fonctionnalit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es par Sage. Par exemple, nous sommes en train de nous mettre \u00e0 jour pour pr\u00e9parer notre mise en conformit\u00e9 avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et pourquoi le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/cloud-computing-definition-du-cloud-computing\/\">Cloud<\/a>&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mont\u00e9e en derni\u00e8re version de Sage X3 s\u2019est doubl\u00e9e d\u2019une migration vers le Cloud. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons choisi le Cloud pour le confort, pour la performance propos\u00e9e et pour tous les aspects de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AFTRAL utilise les modules de Sage X3 qui correspondent \u00e0 son activit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le module <strong>comptable et financier<\/strong>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le module <strong>achats<\/strong>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le module <strong>notes de frais<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-ia-integree-a-l-erp-une-approche-qui-change-tout\"><strong>L\u2019IA int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ERP, une approche qui change tout<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au printemps 2025, Sage a propos\u00e9 \u00e0 ses clients Sage X3 de participer au test de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-copilot\/\">Sage Copilot<\/a>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons bondi sur l\u2019occasion de tester l\u2019agent IA int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre ERP. Fondamentalement, je pense que l&rsquo;IA est quelque chose de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/intelligence-artificielle-ia-definition\/\">vraiment int\u00e9ressant<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, se souvient Jos\u00e9 Campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e0 l\u2019ERP change vraiment la donne. Je pense que c&rsquo;est vraiment un confort suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les utilisateurs. Ils n\u2019ont plus \u00e0 passer par tous les menus pour chercher des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des questions pr\u00e9cises. Une requ\u00eate en langage naturel suffit<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sage Copilot int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 Sage X3, c\u2019est aussi une bonne nouvelle pour les donn\u00e9es d\u2019AFTRAL\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-text-align-left\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019agent IA travaille avec 100&nbsp;% de nos donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019ERP. Nous sommes s\u00fbrs que ces donn\u00e9es ne sortent pas dans un autre domaine. Et qu\u2019elles ne seront pas exploit\u00e9es par la concurrence<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p><cite>jos\u00e9 campos, <strong>Directeur des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information<\/strong> d\u2019AFTRAL<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-agent-ia-pour-augmenter-l-efficacite-operationnelle-des-utilisateurs\"><strong>Un agent IA pour augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle des utilisateurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au fait, concr\u00e8tement, comment cela fonctionne&nbsp;? Jos\u00e9 Campos partage ses impressions en tant qu\u2019utilisateur\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>\u00c0 manipuler, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple&nbsp;; c&rsquo;est du langage naturel. Pas besoin d&rsquo;avoir des comp\u00e9tences techniques particuli\u00e8res. On pose une question comme on la poserait \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue et on a des r\u00e9ponses tr\u00e8s rapides. Ce qui est vraiment tr\u00e8s fluide<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a une fonction tr\u00e8s importante dans Sage Copilot, ce sont les <strong>notifications contextualis\u00e9es. <\/strong>L\u00e0, ce n\u2019est plus l\u2019utilisateur qui interroge l\u2019IA, c\u2019est l\u2019IA qui alerte l\u2019utilisateur dans le contexte d\u2019une op\u00e9ration pr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Par exemple,<\/em> je suis en train de passer une commande et les indications enregistr\u00e9es sont inhabituelles. Je commande 10 fois plus d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence que la moyenne historique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est-ce une erreur&nbsp;?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est-ce une opportunit\u00e9 offerte par le fournisseur&nbsp;?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est-ce l\u2019anticipation de changements dans le processus de fabrication&nbsp;?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tout cas, Sage Copilot ne laisse pas passer&nbsp;! Et attire mon attention par une notification sur ce qui pourrait \u00eatre une anomalie\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u2019en pense AFTRAL&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pour la partie insights, on est vraiment dans de l&rsquo;information contextuelle. En fonction des fonctionnalit\u00e9s dans lesquelles on se trouve, on va avoir syst\u00e9matiquement des informations compl\u00e9mentaires. Elles nous permettent de gagner du temps et d&rsquo;aller tout de suite o\u00f9 il y a quelque chose \u00e0 faire<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme un assistant attentif, qui regarderait par-dessus mon \u00e9paule&nbsp;? Et qui conna\u00eetrait parfaitement l\u2019historique et les pratiques de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-text-align-left\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il y a vraiment une assistance tout au long de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;utilisation de Sage X3. On \u00e9vitera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir par exemple l&rsquo;utilisation des Excel pour reprendre des informations ou cr\u00e9er des graphes. L&rsquo;assistant pourra les cr\u00e9er pour nous.
