L\u2019entreprise ne vous emp\u00eache pas d\u2019\u00eatre en retard mais vous renseigne sur l\u2019ampleur de l\u2019\u00e9cart&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Install\u00e9 \u00e0 La Mure (38), Gorgy Time emploie une quarantaine de personnes, pour un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 3,5 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-erp-pour-garder-sa-longueur-d-avance\">Un ERP pour garder sa longueur d\u2019avance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bertrand-couvrat-38221b1b0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bertrand Couvrat<\/a> est Administrateur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/sage-x3\/\">Sage X3<\/a> de Gorgy Time. C\u2019est entendu. Mais l\u2019entreprise ne s\u2019endort pas sur son ERP. Histoire de s\u2019\u00e9viter un r\u00e9veil brutal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous sommes <strong>attentifs \u00e0 suivre les recommandations de l\u2019\u00e9diteur.<\/strong> Par exemple, l\u00e0, nous venons de monter en derni\u00e8re version<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous posons \u00e9videmment la question\u00a0: <strong>pourquoi migrer aussi fr\u00e9quemment\u00a0? Mais notre principale motivation, c\u2019est l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux derni\u00e8res fonctionnalit\u00e9s. En particulier celles en rapport avec la <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/gestion-de-production-organiser-lexcellence-industrielle\/\"><em>gestion de production<\/em><\/a><em>. Car Gorgy Time est avant tout une entreprise industrielle<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh oui, Sage X3, c\u2019est la puissance en finance et comptabilit\u00e9. Mais c\u2019est aussi un ERP qui n\u2019a pas son pareil pour accompagner une PME en mati\u00e8re de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>calcul des co\u00fbts de production\u00a0;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>archivage et pilotage des gammes\u00a0;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>planification de la production.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etre-au-rendez-vous-de-la-conformite-avec-la-facture-electronique\"><strong>\u00catre au rendez-vous de la conformit\u00e9 avec la facture \u00e9lectronique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique<\/a>, c\u2019est \u00e0 00h00 mardi 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00eat, Gorgy Time\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Pas tout \u00e0 fait.\u00a0Sage X3 a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre ERP, beaucoup moins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Ce qui fait que nous avons h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es. Avec les obligations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la facture \u00e9lectronique, nous nous trouvons au pied du mur<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heureusement, l\u2019entreprise dispose d\u2019un atout dans sa manche. C\u2019est l\u2019application Sage Data Clean &amp; Control, disponible avec la derni\u00e8re version de l\u2019ERP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons confiance en Sage X3 pour que cela se passe tr\u00e8s bien. Nous profitons finalement de la r\u00e9forme pour mettre \u00e0 jour nos bases tiers<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et pour la transmission et la r\u00e9ception des factures, o\u00f9 en sommes-nous\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous nous sommes inscrits il y a six mois sur la plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e Sage. En disant : nous avons un partenaire, nous faisons confiance \u00e0 ce partenaire. C\u2019est au cours de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement que l\u2019agent IA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-copilot\/\">Sage Copilot<\/a>, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 Sage X3, lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alors, premi\u00e8re impression\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je pense que l\u2019<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/intelligence-artificielle-ia-definition\/\"><em>intelligence artificielle&nbsp;<\/em><\/a><em>va r\u00e9volutionner beaucoup de choses.
