Nous avons des passerelles au niveau des virements que nous devons \u00e9mettre. Avec des s\u00e9curit\u00e9s sur Sage XRT pour bien contr\u00f4ler qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas de doublons. Que les IBAN sont bien corrects<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p><cite>Nathalie Schild<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est un point fort de Sage XRT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Et derri\u00e8re, il y a des certificats de transport, avec des validations de signatures. <strong>Nous avons des tokens pour signer.<\/strong> Il y a une s\u00e9curisation optimale<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment se passent les interactions entre Sage X3 et Sage XRT\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin d&rsquo;autre interface ext\u00e9rieure pour utiliser Sage XRT puisque tout est dans Sage. Il y a une interaction entre Sage X3 et Sage XRT de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il y ait des choses qui se fassent en automatique, sans une interface entre les deux<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-montees-de-version-qui-suivent-la-feuille-de-route-de-l-editeur\"><strong>Des mont\u00e9es de version qui suivent la feuille de route de l\u2019\u00e9diteur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R.Bourgeois utilise Sage X3 en derni\u00e8re version.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela correspond \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/2026-digital-moteur-de-croissance\/\">strat\u00e9gie informatique d\u2019entreprise<\/a>, comme l\u2019explique Nathalie Schild. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre effectivement \u00e0 jour au niveau des versions. Et m\u00eame dans les diff\u00e9rents patchs. D&rsquo;autant plus que l\u00e0, avec la facturation \u00e9lectronique, il faut vraiment le dernier patch pour se mettre en conformit\u00e9 <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p><cite>Nathalie Schild<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-approche-sereine-de-la-conformite-avec-la-facture-electronique\"><strong>Une approche sereine de la conformit\u00e9 avec la facture \u00e9lectronique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La mise en conformit\u00e9 est abord\u00e9e selon deux chantiers\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le nettoyage des bases tiers\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/plateforme-agreee-facture-electronique-industrie-impacts\/\">choix de la plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>La <strong>fonction Sage Data Clean &amp; Control int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 Sage X3 nous aide beaucoup. Nous actualisons chaque tiers de son num\u00e9ro SIREN<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><cite>Nathalie Schild<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/sage-plateforme-de-dematerialisation-partenaire\/\">plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous avons lanc\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9claration<strong> de la plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e Sage<\/strong>. <strong>Le fait de l\u2019avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 notre ERP, c\u2019est quand m\u00eame plus facile.<\/strong> Ce choix est d\u2019autant plus int\u00e9ressant que nous sommes en-dessous de 60\u202f000 factures par an. La plateforme agr\u00e9\u00e9e est donc sans surco\u00fbt pour R.Bourgeois<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/dematerialisation\/facture-electronique\/\">facture \u00e9lectronique<\/a>, ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un chantier technique. La Responsable Comptable a bien per\u00e7u les \u00e9volutions de long terme induites par la r\u00e9forme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Cela va \u00eatre aussi un changement au niveau de notre m\u00e9tier de comptable. Dans un sens d\u2019automatisation de t\u00e2ches jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent chronophages et r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. Cela va nous permettre de revoir un peu l&rsquo;organisation dans le service, c&rsquo;est s\u00fbr<\/em> \u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-usages-evidents-de-l-intelligence-artificielle-pour-r-bourgeois\"><strong>Des usages \u00e9vidents de l\u2019intelligence artificielle pour R.Bourgeois<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-copilot\/\">Sage Copilot<\/a>, l\u2019IA agentique de Sage<\/strong>, int\u00e9resse beaucoup Nathalie Schild. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je <strong>vois un usage \u00e9vident <\/strong>pour le montage de bilans, de comptes de r\u00e9sultats, d&rsquo;\u00e9tats financiers. Toutes op\u00e9rations que je fais aujourd&rsquo;hui sur Excel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comme pour la facture \u00e9lectronique, et d\u2019ailleurs nourrie par elle, l\u2019IA va <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/intelligence-artificielle-ia-definition\/\">changer le m\u00e9tier<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>C&rsquo;est assez impressionnant. Cela va gagner un temps incroyable !
