Mais tout n\u2019est pas perdu : une myriade d\u2019outils gratuits, ou des versions gratuites d\u2019outils payants, existent sur Internet. Outre l\u2019absence de co\u00fbt, ils offrent ce double avantage de fournir les fonctions essentielles et d\u2019\u00eatre facilement remplac\u00e9s par d\u2019autres s\u2019ils ne conviennent pas ou plus. En voici une s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-campagne-publicitaire-avec-adwords\">Une campagne publicitaire avec AdWords<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/adwords.google.com\/intl\/fr_fr\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9gie publicitaire de Google<\/a> n\u2019exige qu\u2019une adresse e-mail et l\u2019adresse du site Internet vers lequel seront renvoy\u00e9s les internautes qui auront cliqu\u00e9 sur la publicit\u00e9. <strong>C\u2019est dans le cas de tels clics que l\u2019annonceur reverse une commission \u00e0 Google en contrepartie. La seule visibilit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas payante.<\/strong> Ces publicit\u00e9s peuvent s\u2019afficher sous forme de liens publicitaires en haut des r\u00e9sultats de recherche dans Google, en fonction des mots cl\u00e9s qu\u2019auront tap\u00e9s les internautes. Il convient donc de bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au contenu. <strong>Plus l\u2019annonce est pertinente, plus les internautes cliqueront et moins le pourcentage per\u00e7u par Google est important.<\/strong> Les publicit\u00e9s peuvent aussi appara\u00eetre dans Gmail, sur un r\u00e9seau de sites d\u2019entreprises ou personnels, en fonction l\u00e0 aussi du contenu de ces sites, ou dans des applications mobiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-savoir-ce-qui-se-dit-sur-vos-marques-avec-notify-ly\">Savoir ce qui se dit sur vos marques avec Notify.ly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 utilise les applications de chat et de messageries Slack ou HipChat, le service Notify.ly peut vous \u00eatre utile. <strong>Il envoie sur ces deux outils des notifications vous alertant<\/strong> lorsque vos marques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9es sur Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, Medium, Vimeo, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn\u2026 Il est ainsi facile de savoir qui parle de vous (ou de vos concurrents si vous param\u00e9trez des alertes les concernant), voire qui serait int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par vos produits et services. <strong>La r\u00e9ception de notifications est gratuite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 hauteur de 50.000 par mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-brand-grader-analyser-sa-reputation-en-ligne\">The Brand Grader : analyser sa r\u00e9putation en ligne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet outil gratuit fournit un aper\u00e7u de <strong>ce qui se dit de vos marques et o\u00f9. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 la fois sur quels r\u00e9seaux et dans quels pays<\/strong>. The Brand Grader (\u00e9valuateur de marques) donne une batterie de m\u00e9triques sous forme de graphiques permettant de se faire rapidement une id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-buzzsumo-pour-savoir-ce-qui-se-partage-et-ce-qui-buzze\">Buzzsumo : pour savoir ce qui se partage et ce qui \u201cbuzze\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce service se pr\u00e9sente comme un moteur de recherche. Il suffit de saisir un mot-cl\u00e9 et <a href=\"http:\/\/buzzsumo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Buzzsumo<\/a> remonte <strong>une liste d\u2019articles sur le sujet ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus partag\u00e9<\/strong> sur Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn&#8230; <strong>avec le nombre de partages<\/strong>. Un tri en fonction du type de contenu est possible (vid\u00e9o, infographie, tutoriel). <strong>Cependant, la version gratuite autorise seulement la recherche des contenus publi\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hubspot-crm-version-gratuite\">Hubspot CRM, version gratuite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9diteur am\u00e9ricain de logiciels de marketing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.fr\/products\/crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hubspot<\/a> propose une version gratuite de son outil de CRM. Accessible en cloud pour un nombre limit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisateurs, il est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux petites entreprises. <strong>Le logiciel centralise toutes les informations clients, toutes les interactions initi\u00e9es et l\u2019activit\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre<\/strong>. Une extension permet de le lier aux navigateurs web et aux bo\u00eetes mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mailchimp-pour-piloter-vos-newsletters\">Mailchimp, pour piloter vos Newsletters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un logiciel gratuit (dans la limite de 2 000 contacts et 12 000 envois par mois) qui vous permet de <strong>cr\u00e9er des newsletters \u00e0 partir de templates, en automatisant les envois<\/strong>. Vous pourrez ainsi informer, r\u00e9compenser ou inciter vos contacts, tout en \u00e9conomisant un temps pr\u00e9cieux. Mailchimp vous offre \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>int\u00e9grer les contenus sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, de g\u00e9rer facilement vos contacts et de prendre connaissance des retomb\u00e9es de vos envois via un suivi statistique<\/strong>. Il existe aussi une version Pro vous permettant de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019outils suppl\u00e9mentaires, tels que des rapports comparatifs et des aper\u00e7us de livraison.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
