R\u00e9sultat : 37 % d&rsquo;entre eux consid\u00e8rent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme le principal obstacle \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption des technologies Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais, bien que compr\u00e9hensibles, ces craintes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard du Cloud sont-elles justifi\u00e9es ? Et que peuvent faire les cabinets qui n&rsquo;ont tout simplement pas les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour se prot\u00e9ger ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En savoir plus sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es dans le Cloud aidera les experts-comptables et leurs clients \u00e0 adopter un tel mod\u00e8le. Par exemple, bon nombre d&rsquo;entre eux comptent trop sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la solution Cloud elle-m\u00eame pour assurer leur protection, et pas assez sur la surveillance des facteurs internes \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui sont responsables de 43 % des violations de donn\u00e9es.<br>\nEn effet, toutes les atteintes \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es ne sont pas le fruit d&rsquo;une intention malveillante. Lequel d&rsquo;entre nous n&rsquo;a jamais commis de simples erreurs ? Un seul clic peut mettre vos donn\u00e9es en p\u00e9ril. La sensibilisation des \u00e9quipes est indispensable : chacun doit \u00eatre vigilant tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est aussi solide que votre maillon le plus faible. Qu&rsquo;ils adoptent le Cloud ou non, les cabinets comptables doivent prendre des mesures pour se prot\u00e9ger et prot\u00e9ger leurs clients. Tout d\u2019abord, ils peuvent investir dans la formation et la sensibilisation de leurs collaborateurs, les logiciels antivirus, la sensibilisation des utilisateurs aux tentatives de phishing, la protection par mot de passe, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fournisseurs de services Cloud doivent respecter certaines normes, mais m\u00eame les normes les plus strictes sont inutiles si les collaborateurs communiquent leurs mots de passe ou ne prennent pas les mesures ad\u00e9quates pour assurer la protection des donn\u00e9es sensibles. Travailler avec un fournisseur d\u2019acc\u00e8s au Cloud adapt\u00e9 aux besoins du cabinet, tout en sensibilisant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement son personnel \u00e0 ces questions, est la cl\u00e9 pour trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous choisissez un fournisseur d\u2019acc\u00e8s au Cloud, vous construisez en fait votre propre \u00e9quipe, sans les co\u00fbts et la gestion associ\u00e9s. La technologie Cloud permet d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un meilleur niveau de services, de comp\u00e9tences et d&rsquo;infrastructures, tout en r\u00e9duisant les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes. En fin de compte, l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une solution Cloud offre une meilleure protection qu&rsquo;un stockage \u00ab sur site \u00bb des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;adoption de nouvelles technologies permet de saisir de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s. De plus, d\u00e9mystifier le Cloud apporte de multiples avantages pour votre cabinet en termes de collaboration, de disponibilit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br>\nComprendre les risques r\u00e9els
