Les t\u00e2ches telles que la&nbsp;saisie de documents, la comptabilit\u00e9, le recrutement et la paie sont un fardeau toujours croissant, qui fait des t\u00e2ches&nbsp;administratives lourdes un v\u00e9ritable pi\u00e8ge.&nbsp;Pour l\u2019activit\u00e9, les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sastreuses et conduire \u00e0 un ralentissement de la croissance, voire \u00e0&nbsp;la faillite d\u2019entreprises prometteuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, on estime que 90 % des entreprises sont des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et ce&nbsp;sont souvent elles qui doivent supporter de fa\u00e7on disproportionn\u00e9e la charge administrative. Une grande entreprise&nbsp;pourra sans doute embaucher un collaborateur pour qu\u2019il se consacre exclusivement \u00e0 ces t\u00e2ches. En revanche,&nbsp;dans le cas d\u2019une petite entreprise, cela obligera peut-\u00eatre un membre du personnel ou le chef d\u2019entreprise lui-m\u00eame&nbsp;\u00e0 assumer plusieurs t\u00e2ches \u00e0 la fois et c\u2019est l\u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 dont on ne peut se passer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La situation est-elle pire que jamais ? Le d\u00e9bat est assur\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s anim\u00e9 autour de ce sujet, particuli\u00e8rement&nbsp;aux \u00c9tats-Unis o\u00f9, comme le montrent les \u00e9tudes que nous allons \u00e9voquer, l\u2019administration est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme&nbsp;particuli\u00e8rement fastidieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, la r\u00e9ponse constructive serait peut-\u00eatre d\u2019examiner la nature du probl\u00e8me et de tenter ensuite de mettre&nbsp;en oeuvre des solutions \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019objet de ce livre blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Car oui, il existe bel et bien des solutions pour all\u00e9ger le poids de la bureaucratie ou, tout du moins, l\u2019att\u00e9nuer consid\u00e9rablement. Aucune n\u2019est n\u00e9cessairement compliqu\u00e9e ou difficile \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre. Et surtout, toutes sont extr\u00eamement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Apr\u00e8s tout, pourquoi augmenter la charge de travail de votre entreprise en \u00e9tant esclave de l\u2019administration alors qu\u2019il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment \u00e0 faire ? Le coeur de votre activit\u00e9 ne consiste-t-il pas plut\u00f4t \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper votre client\u00e8le ou \u00e0 exprimer votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et votre passion ? Ces r\u00e9flexions sont fondamentales. Sans en tenir compte, vous n\u2019auriez peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame pas d\u2019entreprise. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif de ne pas sous-estimer l\u2019importance de solutions concr\u00e8tes et applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta gated-content\">\n\t<div
