Gr\u00e9gory Masin, Responsable Qualit\u00e9 en charge du d\u00e9ploiement du nouvel ERP au sein de l\u2019entreprise, fait le point\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Une migration d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une \u00e9valuation rigoureuse<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Lorsque nous avons appris que Cegid envisageait la fin de vie de Produflex, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019anticiper et de regarder ce que d\u2019autres \u00e9diteurs pouvaient proposer<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, se souvient Gr\u00e9gory Masin. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous avons fait une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9lection et demand\u00e9 au panel ainsi r\u00e9tr\u00e9ci de nous adresser une offre<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. PME industrielle de 40 personnes, Euromag avait b\u00e2ti son cahier des charges autour de la gestion de stock, la gestion commerciale et les achats et la gestion de production.<br \/>\nAvec une exigence particuli\u00e8re concernant la fluidit\u00e9 de la gestion des ordres de fabrication. \u00ab\u00a0<em>A l\u2019\u00e9tude des projets transmis et au vu des d\u00e9monstrations, il nous est apparu assez rapidement que la proposition Sage \u00e9tait la plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 notre probl\u00e9matique<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. D\u00e9finitivement choisi par Euromag en septembre 2012, l\u2019ERP Sage 100 Entreprise Industrie s\u2019est progressivement substitu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne solution, dans le cadre d\u2019un d\u00e9ploiement \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur 8 mois.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la gestion de production au c\u0153ur des enjeux<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019aimant industriel est une activit\u00e9 de niche, souvent proche du travail \u00e0 fa\u00e7on, les grandes s\u00e9ries \u00e9tant rares. La forme : en tuile, parall\u00e9l\u00e9pip\u00e8de, en bague, perc\u00e9\u2026 et le niveau d\u2019induction sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019usage sp\u00e9cifique auquel ils sont destin\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe process industriel d\u2019Euromag, ex Carbone Lorraine, comprend 3 \u00e9tapes : la fonderie, le traitement thermique et la rectification (le m\u00e9tal devient aimant\u00e9 \u00e0 la faveur d\u2019un traitement thermique appropri\u00e9 et d\u2019une exposition plus ou moins longue \u00e0 des champs magn\u00e9tiques). \u00ab\u00a0<em>Notre performance d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 du pilotage de la flexibilit\u00e9 requise par notre activit\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, poursuit Gr\u00e9gory Masin. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il s\u2019appuie sur le calcul automatis\u00e9 des besoins, en mati\u00e8re et en temps machine, traduits en ordres de fabrication, op\u00e9rations encha\u00een\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la pi\u00e8ce. Et le contr\u00f4le a posteriori de la conformit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la planification am\u00e9liore en permanence notre ma\u00eetrise des d\u00e9lais, des co\u00fbts et de la qualit\u00e9 et in fine notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 livrer dans les temps<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<h2>La simplicit\u00e9, atout n\u00b01 de Sage 100 Entreprise Industrie<\/h2>\n<p>Investies depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps dans la prise en compte des probl\u00e9matiques concr\u00e8tes en atelier, les \u00e9quipes Sage sont attach\u00e9es \u00e0 proposer des solutions conviviales tout autant qu\u2019efficaces. Gr\u00e9gory Masin appr\u00e9cie cette expertise au quotidien. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Auparavant, il fallait quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 plein temps pour s\u2019occuper de la planification. Cette contrainte a tout simplement disparu aujourd\u2019hui. Chaque gamme d\u2019op\u00e9rations est d\u00e9crite et exprim\u00e9e en temps\/machine successifs une fois pour toutes et de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus intuitive. L\u2019\u00e9dition de l\u2019ordre de fabrication ne d\u00e9pend plus ensuite que de quelques param\u00e8tres, vite et simplement saisis<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. La convivialit\u00e9 de l\u2019ERP se retrouve dans les \u00e9ditions pilot\u00e9es, o\u00f9 la finesse de gestion et l\u2019autonomie dans les requ\u00eates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pour analyser notre performance, on choisit les champs qui nous int\u00e9ressent. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s simple de monter son \u00e9tat en croisant toutes les donn\u00e9es. Autrefois, il fallait passer par l\u2019\u00e9diteur pour monter les champs. Avec Sage, on a la main. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s important pour nous<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. L\u2019intuitivit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me se d\u00e9duit \u00e9galement du comportement des op\u00e9rateurs, qui ont \u00e0 signaler le d\u00e9but et la fin de chaque op\u00e9ration. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Avant, les utilisateurs ne touchaient pas l\u2019informatique. On commence \u00e0 voir des saisies de temps sur tablettes avec le module atelier, accessible via une licence l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019entreprise repens\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Titulaire de 20 licences pour 40 collaborateurs, Euromag a choisi de repenser toute son organisation de production en mobilisant tous les m\u00e9tiers autour de l\u2019informatisation des process.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Les m\u00e9thodes calculent les gammes et les sp\u00e9cifications, la production \u00e9dite les ordres de fabrication, enregistre le temps et pilote la maintenance, les commerciaux saisissent des commandes, la logistique g\u00e8re le stock et \u00e9dite les bons de livraison, transform\u00e9s en facture en passant en comptabilit\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L\u2019ergonomie et l\u2019intuitivit\u00e9 rendent possible l\u2019int\u00e9gration de toutes les fonctions autour de l\u2019outil. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Rester dans la course avec une production industrielle 100 % fran\u00e7aise est un d\u00e9fi qui ne peut se gagner qu\u2019avec l\u2019engagement de tous. Il a fallu que nous adaptions tous notre mani\u00e8re de travailler pour profiter \u00e0 plein des atouts de Sage 100 Entreprise. Sans tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge du tout tout de suite. Bien accompagn\u00e9s par notre partenaire Axe Informatique, nous nous sommes impos\u00e9s de monter doucement en puissance. Il \u00e9tait important d\u2019adapter le niveau d\u2019exigence avec ce que l\u2019atelier peut faire. On n\u2019utilise certaines fonctions que depuis r\u00e9cemment, comme la maintenance par exemple. Finalement, ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence, c\u2019est le suivi rigoureux des endroits critiques. Suivre les machines sur-capacitaires\u00a0est inutile.
