Ce nouvel exercice n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une simple obligation l\u00e9gale dans le cadre du CPF, c&rsquo;est aussi un formidable outil strat\u00e9gique dont les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/ressources-humaines-logiciels\/\">RH<\/a> et les managers doivent s&#8217;emparer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entretien annuel n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire, quoique largement r\u00e9pandu. Au contraire, l&rsquo;entretien professionnel n&rsquo;est pas en option. <strong>Toutes les entreprises doivent proposer un \u00ab entretien professionnel \u00bb \u00e0 leurs salari\u00e9s, tous les deux ans.<\/strong> Et cela, d\u00e8s lors qu&rsquo;ils sont en poste depuis au moins 24 mois.&nbsp;Et, \u00e9galement, un entretien dit \u00ab renforc\u00e9 \u00bb tous les 6 ans. Cette rencontre concerne \u00e9galement les salari\u00e9s de retour dans l&rsquo;entreprise apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;absence : cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 ou sabbatique par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entretien-annuel-vs-entretien-professionnel\"><strong>Entretien annuel vs. Entretien professionnel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entretien annuel &#8211; souvent stressant pour le collaborateur &#8211; a vocation \u00e0 \u00e9valuer des performances op\u00e9rationnelles pass\u00e9es. Ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 fixer des objectifs de court terme. L&rsquo;entretien professionnel, quant \u00e0 lui, se projette dans le futur. Il se place dans une perspective d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 et de gestion des comp\u00e9tences.&nbsp;<strong>Objectif : articuler les souhaits d&rsquo;\u00e9volution des salari\u00e9s avec les enjeux strat\u00e9giques de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefice-n-1-optimiser-la-formation-et-objectiver-sa-gpec\"><strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9fice n\u00b0 1 : optimiser la formation et objectiver sa GPEC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette rencontre d&rsquo;un nouveau genre rec\u00e8le d&rsquo;informations pr\u00e9cieuses pour l&#8217;employeur. Cela, d\u00e8s lors qu&rsquo;elle est bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, bien outill\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;elle respecte son esprit originel. Elle lui permet notamment d&rsquo;identifier les comp\u00e9tences existantes en interne. Mais aussi celles qui manquent ou celles qui seraient utiles. Cela afin de mieux anticiper le plan de formation. <strong>Gr\u00e2ce&nbsp;\u00e0 la puissance logicielle, elle peut \u00e9galement affiner consid\u00e9rablement la d\u00e9marche de GPEC de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/strong> Et, ainsi, lui permettre de gagner en comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-effet-collateral-renforcer-l-engagement-des-collaborateurs\"><strong>Effet collat\u00e9ral : renforcer l&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entretien professionnel s&rsquo;impose comme un outil de reconnaissance des salari\u00e9s. Il doit \u00eatre fond\u00e9 sur un dialogue constructif et bienveillant entre un collaborateur et son employeur.&nbsp;Ils peuvent s&rsquo;exprimer librement et s&rsquo;impliquer activement dans leur propre d\u00e9veloppement personnel. <strong>L&rsquo;entretien professionnel participe ainsi indirectement \u00e0 augmenter le taux d&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs\u2026<\/strong> et donc leurs r\u00e9sultats op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En somme, quand l&rsquo;entretien annuel vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la performance pass\u00e9e des salari\u00e9s, l&rsquo;entretien professionnel
