Ce mandat permet \u00e0 la nouvelle banque d&rsquo;agir au nom du client aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9metteurs et des banques concern\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce mandat lui donne notamment le droit de contacter directement la banque de d\u00e9part afin d&rsquo;obtenir la transmission des <strong>op\u00e9rations de paiement ayant circul\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;ancien compte au cours des 13 derniers mois<\/strong>. Les moyens de paiement concern\u00e9s sont :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les virements re\u00e7us,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les mandats de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements valides,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les virements permanents \u00e9mis (virements r\u00e9currents) et enregistr\u00e9s par la banque de d\u00e9part<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ainsi que les ch\u00e8ques non d\u00e9bit\u00e9s de ch\u00e9quiers utilis\u00e9s au cours de la p\u00e9riode concern\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois ces informations re\u00e7ues, la nouvelle banque communique les nouvelles coordonn\u00e9es bancaires aux \u00e9metteurs de ces op\u00e9rations de paiement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00e9metteurs devront alors prendre en charge le changement de compte bancaire du client <strong>dans un d\u00e9lai d\u00e9fini par la loi (10 jours ouvr\u00e9s en 2017)<\/strong> et en informer le client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La loi \u00ab Macron \u00bb sur la mobilit\u00e9 bancaire s&rsquo;applique :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aux particuliers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux banques fran\u00e7aises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux \u00e9metteurs fran\u00e7ais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-sur-votre-si\"><strong>Impact sur votre SI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9metteurs peuvent choisir de recevoir l&rsquo;information :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sous forme <strong>papier<\/strong> (dans ce cas les mises \u00e0 jour des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information se feront manuellement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sous forme <strong>de fichier \u00e0 un format normalis\u00e9 \u00ab flux de mobilit\u00e9 \u00bb<\/strong> (= dans ce cas, ils vont faire appel \u00e0 un service de transfert automatis\u00e9 de leur domiciliation bancaire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important : dans les 2 cas, les d\u00e9lais et obligations restent identiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Focus sur le mode d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre des \u00e9changes normalis\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 bancaire, le protocole EBICS peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour acheminer le flux retour (banque de l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur vers son client \u00e9metteur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le format du fichier sera standardis\u00e9 :<br>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfonb.org\/Default.aspx?lid=1&amp;rid=122&amp;rvid=261\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.cfonb.org\/Default.aspx?lid=1&amp;rid=122&amp;rvid=261<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, pour prendre en compte le nouvel IBAN de son client, l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur doit mettre \u00e0 niveau son ou ses syst\u00e8me(s) d&rsquo;information pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer via EBICS et int\u00e9grer le nouveau flux de mobilit\u00e9 (= le format normalis\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respecter le d\u00e9lai de 10 jours ouvr\u00e9s pour informer ses clients de la date de prise d&rsquo;effet du nouvel IBAN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/08\/sage-schema-mobilite-bancaire.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour en savoir plus : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/\">www.sage.fr<\/a><\/p>\n\n<section class=\"more-topics alignfull has-grey-light-background-color wp-block-sage-post-topics\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-12 col-lg-4\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"more-topics__title h2\">Parcourir plus de sujets depuis cet article<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"post-tags__list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"post-tags__item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/tag\/daf-directeur-administratif-financier\/\" class=\"post-tags__link button button--secondary\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDAF &#8211;
