Pour am\u00e9liorer significativement votre cash flow, plusieurs leviers peuvent \u00eatre activ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-dematerialisation-de-vos-factures\"><strong>La d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation de vos factures<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Fin 2015, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archimag.com\/demat-cloud\/2015\/09\/30\/pme-confront%C3%A9es-obligation-d%C3%A9mat%C3%A9rialiser-factures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">21 % des TPE, PME et ETI<\/a> avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 opt\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation de leur factures : un peu moins de 80% d&rsquo;entre elles ont ainsi privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 le format PDF. Cette transformation permet notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>d&rsquo;anticiper une obligation l\u00e9gislative<\/strong> : comme pr\u00e9vu dans la Loi Macron, d&rsquo;ici 2020 toutes les entreprises devront effectuer cette d\u00e9marche aupr\u00e8s des pouvoirs publics et de leurs partenaires ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>de diminuer les co\u00fbts aff\u00e9rents \u00e0 la facturation<\/strong> : suppression de l&rsquo;affranchissement et de l&rsquo;impression des factures papier, entra\u00eenant un gain de temps et de productivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-optimisation-de-votre-recouvrement\"><strong>L&rsquo;optimisation de votre recouvrement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une fois vos factures r\u00e9dig\u00e9es et envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 vos clients, vous pouvez \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>enclencher une proc\u00e9dure de recouvrement en cas d&rsquo;impay\u00e9<\/strong>. Cet exercice peut se faire&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en interne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation des relances, au suivi des impay\u00e9s, au lettrage des paiements, ou encore \u00e0 la formation d&rsquo;un responsable du recouvrement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 l&rsquo;externe via une agence enregistr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du Procureur de la R\u00e9publique, ou dans le cadre des offres de mon\u00e9tisation de votre poste clients, propos\u00e9es par les \u00e9tablissements financiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-monetisation-de-votre-poste-clients\"><strong>La mon\u00e9tisation de votre poste clients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Les cr\u00e9ances commerciales repr\u00e9sentent en moyenne 1\/4 de l&rsquo;actif des entreprises fran\u00e7aises.
