Voici quelques \u00e9clairages&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 savoir, les bulletins de paie ne sont pas tous identiques&nbsp;! Le statut de la personne salari\u00e9e entre bien s\u00fbr en compte, mais l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur aussi, notamment en termes d\u2019avantages pouvant \u00eatre offerts par l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici toutefois les \u00e9l\u00e9ments g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement communs \u00e0 chaque fiche de paie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-identification-de-l-entreprise\">L\u2019identification de l\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nom et adresse de l\u2019employeur, num\u00e9ro de SIRET, code NAF ou APE, coordonn\u00e9es de la caisse Urssaf, convention collective de branche\u2026<br>\nUn certain nombre d\u2019informations obligatoires exig\u00e9es par le Code du Travail figurent sur le bulletin.<br>\nA cela s\u2019ajoutent l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 du salari\u00e9, sa date d\u2019entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019entreprise, son coefficient, niveau, indice ou \u00e9chelon, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-nombre-d-heures-travaillees\">Le nombre d\u2019heures travaill\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque mois, le bulletin de paie indique la p\u00e9riode de travail (mois, semaine, jour(s) concern\u00e9(s) en cas de travail en int\u00e9rim) ainsi que le nombre d\u2019heures travaill\u00e9es. Les heures pay\u00e9es au taux normal doivent \u00eatre distingu\u00e9es des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires donnant lieu \u00e0 une majoration (incluant leur taux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre salari\u00e9 est pay\u00e9 au forfait, sa fiche de paie doit indiquer la nature du forfait (forfait \u00ab&nbsp;heures&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;jours&nbsp;\u00bb), le volume (d\u2019heures ou de jours) ainsi que le montant du salaire brut correspondant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cotisations-sociales-et-patronales-nbsp-histoires-de-net-de-brut-et-de-superbrut\">Cotisations sociales et patronales&nbsp;: histoires de net, de brut et de superbrut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre salari\u00e9 touche effectivement un <strong>salaire net<\/strong>, dans les faits, vous lui versez <strong>un salaire brut<\/strong>. Ce dernier correspond au salaire de base additionn\u00e9 des cotisations sociales obligatoires pay\u00e9es par le salari\u00e9 (cotisations salariales) et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de primes \u00e9ventuelles (13e mois, prime d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, de bilan, de vacances, \u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le brut comprend aussi les \u00e9ventuels avantages en nature mis \u00e0 disposition de votre employ\u00e9 (logement, voiture de fonction, prise en charge de frais de transport\u2026). Ou encore, des tickets restaurants ou l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 une mutuelle d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vient ensuite la notion de <strong>co\u00fbt global<\/strong> et des fameuses cotisations patronales.<br>\nSi elle n\u2019appara\u00eet pas sur le bulletin de salaire, la notion de \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>superbrut<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb est le nerf de la guerre du calcul des salaires&nbsp;! Et oui, car le superbrut correspond \u00e0 la somme que vous d\u00e9boursez r\u00e9ellement chaque mois pour r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer votre employ\u00e9.<br>\nPour le calculer, on ajoute au salaire brut les <strong>cotisations patronales<\/strong> obligatoires&nbsp;: s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (allocations familiales, maladie, vieillesse, accident du travail), assurance ch\u00f4mage (Assedic), Fonds National d\u2019Aide au Logement (FNAL), et r\u00e9gimes de retraite (assurance vieillesse, pr\u00e9voyance, retraite compl\u00e9mentaire).<br>\nEnfin, d\u2019autres pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sont \u00e0 la charge exclusive de l\u2019employeur comme les diff\u00e9rentes taxes et participations sur les salaires (formation continue, apprentissage, construction, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le net repr\u00e9sente environ 78 % du brut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-conges-payes\">Les cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tat des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s appara\u00eet chaque mois, \u00e0 jour, sur le bulletin de paie en cours. Si votre employ\u00e9 a pris des cong\u00e9s au courant du mois, leur date accompagn\u00e9e du montant de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 correspondante figureront dans le d\u00e9tail du bulletin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-l-avez-compris-la-conformite-de-vos-payes-est-essentielle\">Vous l\u2019avez compris la conformit\u00e9 de vos payes est essentielle.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les t\u00e2ches associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion et au traitement de la paye sont fortement administratives, r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et chronophages.
