Elle est une source de changements, voire de bouleversements en interne, qui permet aux entreprises de r\u00e9inventer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<br>Cette transformation ne peut constituer une strat\u00e9gie en elle-m\u00eame. Elle doit \u00eatre inscrite en profondeur dans celle que vous avez d\u00e9finie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loin de se limiter \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de nouveaux outils, elle touche aussi bien la dimension \u00e9conomique que de nombreux aspects sociaux. Elle n\u00e9cessite aussi de repenser les processus. Ma\u00eetrise d\u2019usage des nouveaux outils num\u00e9riques, conduite du changement, gouvernance, prise en compte du facteur humain. Mais adoptez celle qui correspond le mieux \u00e0 vos activit\u00e9s et \u00e0 votre secteur.<br>La direction ou le g\u00e9rant devra, pour la porter, rassembler, coordonner et aligner tous les moyens, ressources comme collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ameliorer-votre-gouvernance\">Am\u00e9liorer votre gouvernance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La notion de gouvernance d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 de votre entreprise \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions selon le contexte dans lequel elle \u00e9volue et sa facult\u00e9 \u00e0 les mettre en \u0153uvre.<br>Au milieu de la transformation num\u00e9rique, plusieurs concepts facilitent la gouvernance. Mais la contraignent \u00e9galement. La notion d\u2019imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 est en un bon exemple.<br>S\u2019inscrivant de mani\u00e8re globale dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notamment dans le monde de l\u2019information, elle s\u2019impose d\u00e9sormais dans le fonctionnement des entreprises, \u00e0 la demande de vos clients.<br>Acc\u00e9der instantan\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de vos donn\u00e9es, mettre en place des process collaboratifs. Cependant, \u00eatre pouss\u00e9 quotidiennement en dehors de sa zone de confort et soumis \u00e0 une flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 haut degr\u00e9 ne va pas de soi.<br>Leur activit\u00e9 autrefois individuelle ou collective tend d\u00e9sormais vers l\u2019action cumulative. Gr\u00e2ce aux outils collaboratifs, les entreprises s\u2019\u00e9mancipent des doublons et facilitent leurs \u00e9changes internes.<br>Avec une meilleure gestion des donn\u00e9es et des connaissances, l\u2019entreprise devient d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019une somme de savoirs qui lui sont propres.<br>Pour accompagner cette \u00e9volution, votre entreprise doit \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 d\u2019offrir \u00e0 vos salari\u00e9s des formations aux nouvelles technologies, de traiter efficacement ses donn\u00e9es pour comprendre leur rapport au travail et cerner leurs attentes.
