Pourtant, elles repr\u00e9sentent seulement 17 % des postes de direction et 10 % du top management\u00b9. Qu\u2019en est-il de la parit\u00e9 dans votre entreprise ? En mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, vous avez longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 une obligation de moyens. Vous devrez d\u00e9sormais atteindre les objectifs fix\u00e9s par la loi, sous peine de lourdes sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela fait bient\u00f4t 50 ans que le principe d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle est inscrit dans la loi. Si de gros progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, li\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 la multiplication des <strong>obligations r\u00e9glementaires<\/strong>, les <strong>in\u00e9galit\u00e9s<\/strong> en mati\u00e8re de parit\u00e9 persistent et le fameux plafond de verre est d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s solide. Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inegalites.fr\/Les-inegalites-de-salaires-entre-les-femmes-et-les-hommes-etat-des-lieux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019Insee<\/a>, <strong>les femmes gagnent en moyenne 18.5 % moins que les hommes<\/strong> en \u00e9quivalent temps plein, dont 9 % restent inexpliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 ce jour, toutes les entreprises de 50 salari\u00e9s et plus se doivent a minima d\u2019\u00e9tablir un <strong>accord sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/loi-egalite-femmes-hommes\/\">l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes<\/a><\/strong>. Il est bas\u00e9 sur un diagnostic pr\u00e9alable pour <strong>identifier les \u00e9carts de situation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019embauche, de promotion professionnelle, de conditions de travail, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9<\/strong> au travail \u2013 parmi d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res. Elles sont \u00e9galement tenues d\u2019\u00e9laborer un <strong>plan d\u2019action<\/strong> pour r\u00e9duire ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, qui est n\u00e9goci\u00e9 en interne avec les partenaires sociaux (Comit\u00e9 social et \u00e9conomique ou CSE) et soumis \u00e0 la Direccte. Pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/petite-entreprise-tpe\/\">entreprises de moins de 50 salari\u00e9s<\/a>, un accord ou un plan d\u2019action n\u2019est pas requis \u2013 mais le diagnostic d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle reste obligatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparez-vous-l-index-d-egalite-femmes-hommes-arrive\">Pr\u00e9parez-vous : l\u2019index d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes arrive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans sa <strong>loi \u00ab Avenir professionnel \u00bb<\/strong> de 2018, le gouvernement a voulu monter d\u2019un cran, notamment en imposant un outil de mesure commun : <a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/droit-du-travail\/egalite-professionnelle-discrimination-et-harcelement\/article\/l-egalite-professionnelle-femme-homme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019index d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes<\/a>, qui prend la forme d\u2019une note sur 100. La d\u00e9marche vise d\u00e9sormais <strong>une obligation de r\u00e9sultats<\/strong>, puisque les entreprises qui n\u2019atteignent pas le minimum de 75\/100 devront proposer <strong>des actions correctives<\/strong> pour atteindre cet objectif <strong>sous 3 ans<\/strong>\u2026 sous peine <strong>d\u2019amende<\/strong> pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>1 % de la masse salariale<\/strong>. Les index des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/moyennes-et-grandes-entreprises-pme-eti\/\">entreprises de plus de 1000 salari\u00e9s<\/a> \u00e9taient attendus <strong>avant le 1er mars 2019<\/strong>. Bilan : <strong>1 sur 5 est en dessous du niveau requis<\/strong>. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/moyennes-et-grandes-entreprises-pme-eti\/\">entreprises de 250 salari\u00e9s et plus<\/a> doivent quant \u00e0 elles publier leur index d\u2019ici le <strong>1er septembre 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les entreprises de 50 \u00e0 250 salari\u00e9s, la date butoir a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e au 1er mars 2020 \u2013 et le mode de calcul de l\u2019index est simplifi\u00e9. Il repose sur la mesure de 4 indicateurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019<strong>\u00e9cart de salaire<\/strong> entre les femmes et les hommes, \u00e0 poste et \u00e2ge comparables (40 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les <strong>augmentations de salaire<\/strong> des femmes par rapport aux hommes (35 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur <strong>retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9<\/strong> (15 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le nombre de femmes et d\u2019hommes dans les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations (10 points)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines entreprises doivent donc envisager d\u00e8s maintenant le r\u00e9ajustement de leurs <strong>process RH<\/strong> et le d\u00e9blocage d\u2019une enveloppe sp\u00e9cifique, notamment pour compenser les \u00e9carts en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta gated-content\">\n\t<div class=\"single-cta__positioner on-scroll-highlight__target\">\n\t\t<div class=\"single-cta__wrapper has-dark-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"single-cta__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"single-cta__title h3\">L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes, un enjeu de conformit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"single-cta__description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Soyez pr\u00eats !<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a\n\t\t\t\t\t\thref=\"#gate-2d8a097d-92f4-41db-ade7-201c4d884a4b\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\tclass=\"single-cta__button button button--primary\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez gratuitement le guide<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1252\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/egalite-prof-femmes-hommes-enjeu-conformite-guide_CTA-1252x810.jpg\" class=\"single-cta__image\" alt=\"egalite-prof-femmes-hommes-enjeu-conformite-guide_CTA\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/egalite-prof-femmes-hommes-enjeu-conformite-guide_CTA-1252x810.jpg 1252w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 48em) 33vw, 100vw\" \/>\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-favoriser-l-egalite-des-sexes-au-quotidien\">Comment favoriser l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes au quotidien ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9pondre au principe d\u2019<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances<\/strong>, le <strong>Code du travail<\/strong>\u00b2&nbsp;autorise les entreprises \u00e0 prendre des <strong>mesures temporaires<\/strong>, au seul b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des femmes. D\u00e9sormais, la loi pr\u00e9voit par exemple que les salari\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>temps partiel<\/strong> aient d\u00e9sormais <strong>les m\u00eames droits \u00e0 la formation<\/strong> que si elles travaillaient \u00e0 <strong>temps plein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que dirigeant ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/paie-logiciels-gestion\/administration-du-personnel\/\">DRH<\/a>, vous pouvez aller plus loin, en veillant par exemple \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le ratio de femmes et d\u2019hommes re\u00e7us en entretien, aussi bien pour un <strong>recrutement<\/strong> que pour un <strong>poste en mobilit\u00e9 interne<\/strong>, et en particulier pour les <strong>fonctions \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 <strong>faire \u00e9voluer les mentalit\u00e9s en interne<\/strong>, en mettant en place diff\u00e9rentes actions, comme par exemple inciter <strong>l\u2019accueil de stagiaires femmes<\/strong> dans les m\u00e9tiers o\u00f9 elles sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<br>\nToujours dans le cadre de la parit\u00e9 homme-femme et ce depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, le gouvernement pousse les entreprises \u00e0 ne pas empi\u00e9ter sur la vie priv\u00e9e de leurs collaborateurs en les encourageant \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>proscrire les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 des heures tardives ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imposer des d\u00e9lais de pr\u00e9venance, vis \u00e0 vis des d\u00e9placements professionnels ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respecter le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000006901767&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=cid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion<\/a> des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta gated-content\">\n\t<div class=\"single-cta__positioner
