Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, j\u2019utilisais <strong>un tableur<\/strong> pour faire le suivi des marchandises mais mon entreprise s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment d&rsquo;<strong>une solution de gestion<\/strong>. Ce qui a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pas mal de choses dans ma journ\u00e9e de travail !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-optimiser-les-entrees-et-sorties-de-marchandises\">Optimiser les entr\u00e9es et sorties de marchandises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une de mes principales missions est de garantir <strong>la disponibilit\u00e9 des marchandises<\/strong>.<br>\nMais je dois en m\u00eame temps minimiser le niveau de stocks, pour ne pas mobiliser trop de <strong>tr\u00e9sorerie<\/strong>, tout cela sans risquer la rupture. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce challenge, il faut que je reste en liaison \u00e9troite avec <strong>mes fournisseurs<\/strong> et <strong>mes transporteurs<\/strong>, afin que <strong>la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement<\/strong> soit r\u00e9active et respecte des d\u00e9lais souvent contraints. Mon nouvel outil informatique m\u2019aide \u00e0 mettre en place un stockage efficace des produits (surface, rangement, rotation des produits) en fonction <strong>des services commerciaux<\/strong> et de <strong>la demande des clients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-planifier-au-plus-serre\">Planifier au plus serr\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le tableur permettait de suivre <strong>le volume des stocks<\/strong>, mon nouvel outil va plus loin en me proposant de <strong>planifier les livraisons<\/strong> avec les fournisseurs en fonction de divers crit\u00e8res (type d&#8217;emballages, quantit\u00e9, fr\u00e9quence de tourn\u00e9es des camions\u2026) pour plus de pr\u00e9cision. Il permet \u00e9galement de suivre <strong>les crit\u00e8res de performance des fournisseurs<\/strong> (d\u00e9lais de livraison, niveaux de qualit\u00e9, respect des conditions n\u00e9goci\u00e9es par l&rsquo;entreprise) afin d\u2019orienter au mieux le choix de mes prestataires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gerer-les-espaces-de-stockage\">G\u00e9rer les espaces de stockage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette gestion optimis\u00e9e <strong>des entr\u00e9es et des sorties de marchandises<\/strong> n\u2019est possible que si je g\u00e8re avec pr\u00e9cision les <strong>espaces de stockage<\/strong> dans l\u2019entrep\u00f4t et que je connais parfaitement le d\u00e9roulement de chaque op\u00e9ration qui s\u2019y passe. L\u00e0 aussi, <strong>ma solution de gestion<\/strong> est d\u2019une grande utilit\u00e9 pour optimiser la place disponible en d\u00e9livrant les informations sur les mouvements en temps r\u00e9el, voire en anticipant les fluctuations de l\u2019activit\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les stocks en cons\u00e9quence&#8230; bref, pour voir ce que je ne voyais pas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent avec un simple tableur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-repondre-aux-urgences\">R\u00e9pondre aux urgences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je peux \u00e9galement mieux r\u00e9pondre aux urgences qui ne manquent pas dans le m\u00e9tier de <strong>gestionnaire de stocks<\/strong>. Je dois par exemple parfois n\u00e9gocier des solutions de rechange \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute avec les fournisseurs en cas de dysfonctionnement. L\u2019outil informatis\u00e9 permet non seulement de faire appel aux prestataires reconnus les plus r\u00e9actifs en fonction de certains crit\u00e8res mais aussi de <strong>faciliter les op\u00e9rations<\/strong> en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant par exemple les documents d\u2019exp\u00e9dition de mani\u00e8re <strong>acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e et automatis\u00e9e<\/strong>, ce qui est un vrai gain de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-controler-les-marchandises\">Contr\u00f4ler les marchandises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gestionnaire de stocks<\/strong> est un m\u00e9tier qui demande d&rsquo;\u00eatre consciencieux, autonome et responsable car je suis le garant qualitativement et quantitativement de la marchandise entrepos\u00e9e. Des contr\u00f4les sont donc indispensables. La solution de gestion me permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des <strong>informations exactes et imm\u00e9diates<\/strong> issues de la collecte directe d\u2019informations \u00e0 partir de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t via des num\u00e9risations valid\u00e9es. Ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer pas mal d\u2019erreurs de saisie. Je r\u00e9duis \u00e9galement les erreurs d\u2019exp\u00e9dition gr\u00e2ce aux multiples <strong>v\u00e9rifications automatis\u00e9es<\/strong> lors du picking et du chargement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gerer-plusieurs-sites-en-meme-temps\">G\u00e9rer plusieurs sites en m\u00eame temps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, j\u2019ai gagn\u00e9 en efficacit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer plusieurs sites et entrep\u00f4ts avec la m\u00eame solution informatis\u00e9e.
