La cha\u00eene logistique \u00e9volue en cons\u00e9quence. Elle doit s\u00e9curiser les marchandises, suivre les livraisons et m\u00eame anticiper les besoins. De nouvelles technologies r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces exigences : tour d&rsquo;horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/logistique\/logiciels\/\">supply chain<\/a> est devenue un enjeu majeur pour les entreprises de la distribution, en particulier les sp\u00e9cialistes du retail. Quelle que soit leur taille, la <strong>gestion des stocks<\/strong> a en effet un fort impact sur leur rentabilit\u00e9, qui se mesure \u00e0 deux niveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les<strong> ressources mobilis\u00e9es<\/strong>, tout d&rsquo;abord. \u00c9viter les doubles manutentions et saisies, optimiser l&rsquo;espace disponible, ne pas multiplier inutilement les postes de travail se traduit par une augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 et diminue (tr\u00e8s) sensiblement les co\u00fbts logistiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les <strong>pertes de biens et marchandises<\/strong> ensuite. Volontaires (vols, malveillance, actes frauduleux) ou accidentelles (bris de marchandises, erreurs de livraison) elles repr\u00e9sentaient en 2013 pr\u00e8s de 1,4 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires mondial de la distribution selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00ab <em>Global Retail Theft Barometer<\/em> \u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Checkpoint System et SmartCube. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre stocks th\u00e9oriques et stocks r\u00e9els s&rsquo;\u00e9levant alors \u00e0 100 milliards de dollars. En 2017, ce m\u00eame barom\u00e8tre identifie que les vols seuls ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 35 milliards d\u2019euros aux distributeurs europ\u00e9ens, la France \u00e9tant \u00e0 une triste seconde place. (avec 7,3 milliards d\u2019euros de pertes, derri\u00e8re le Royaume-Uni \u00e0 8,8)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erp-incontournable-et-eprouve\">ERP, incontournable et \u00e9prouv\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une \u00e9tude plus r\u00e9cente men\u00e9e en 2018 par Sapio Research indique que 62 % des professionnels ne disposent pas de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el sur la disponibilit\u00e9 des produits. 72 % disent \u00e9galement ne pouvoir avertir leurs clients en cas de probl\u00e8me de commande ou de livraison.<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/sage-business-cloud\/sage-x3\/\"><strong>Les ERP<\/strong> et leurs modules de gestion des stocks<\/a> sont la solution de base \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes. Ils <strong>automatisent<\/strong> certains processus de la cha\u00eene logistique : approvisionnements, mouvements de stocks, gestion par lots ou date de p\u00e9remption\u2026<br>\nIls permettent aussi de communiquer avec les fournisseurs ou les prestataires de transport, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u00e9changes d&rsquo;informations inter-syst\u00e8mes parfaitement synchronis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-internet-des-objets-un-choix-adapte-aux-grands-entrepots\">L&rsquo;internet des objets, un choix adapt\u00e9 aux grands entrep\u00f4ts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour am\u00e9liorer un process Supply Chain de ce type, l&rsquo;entreprise peut instaurer un tracking en temps r\u00e9el via le IoT ou Internet of Things. Plus d&rsquo;intervention humaine ici, la localisation se fait automatiquement en associant des technologies de reconnaissance (Bluetooth, lecteur vid\u00e9o) \u00e0 des capteurs (puces RFID, codes \u00e0 barres GS-1).<br>\nLes informations restitu\u00e9es en direct sont larges : lieu de fabrication et date d\u2019exp\u00e9dition ; temps de transport ; rack, bac ou conteneur de stockage ; temp\u00e9rature et taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9. Elles enrichissent la gestion classique des stocks avec des possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;alerte, dans le cas d\u2019une chambre froide par exemple.<br>\nCe suivi sur internet permet de coordonner les flux et peut remplacer les inventaires physiques. Il appara\u00eet bien adapt\u00e9e aux grands entrep\u00f4ts, de type hubs, ou aux entreprises disposant d&rsquo;un maillage important d&rsquo;entrep\u00f4ts locaux. L&rsquo;investissement dans l&rsquo;internet des objets reste par contre, pour l&rsquo;instant, important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-intelligence-artificielle-un-outil-de-controle-et-de-recommandation\">L&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, un outil de contr\u00f4le et de recommandation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;IA fait elle aussi, peu \u00e0 peu, son entrep\u00f4ts.. Toutes sortes de donn\u00e9es existent sur les biens entrants ou sortants, elles peuvent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es. \u00c0 partir de ce \u201cBig Data\u201d, il est possible de limiter certaines t\u00e2ches quotidiennes inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la gestion des stocks. Exemple des simplifications apport\u00e9es par une logiciel d&rsquo;IA bien param\u00e9tr\u00e9 ? L&rsquo;anticipation automatique des commandes (selon une campagne commerciale, la saison, les soldes\u2026) ou des ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face \u00e0 des pics d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<br>\nCes syst\u00e8mes apportent aussi des reportings sur la fiabilit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9visions et la ventilation des ventes. Au croisement des donn\u00e9es logistiques et de celles issues du CRM, ils sont un outil d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision suppl\u00e9mentaire pour anticiper les futures demandes des consommateurs et la croissance \u00e9ventuelle de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gestion-sous-cloud-simple-et-partagee\">Gestion sous Cloud : simple et partag\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les progiciels h\u00e9berg\u00e9s dans le Cloud constituent la derni\u00e8re alternative de cette r\u00e9volution de la gestion des stocks. Partag\u00e9s, simples et efficaces, ils sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s aux TPE et aux PME fonctionnant en r\u00e9seau, ou sous-traitant le stockage de leurs biens. Ils leur donnent acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un service digital 4.0 digne se rapprochant de celui des grandes industries, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.<br>\nMobiles par excellence, ces solutions permettent de g\u00e9rer les stocks n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9 et \u00e0 tout moment. Elles peuvent \u00eatre multilingues. Des \u00e9quipes internationales peuvent ainsi travailler de fa\u00e7on instantan\u00e9e depuis une tablette en partageant des fichiers Excel dans Google Sheets, par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
