Les connaissez-vous ? Ce sont des sources de financement \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger pour vos futurs projets !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-dispositifs-de-soutien-a-l-innovation\">2 dispositifs de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-credit-impot-recherche\">Le Cr\u00e9dit Imp\u00f4t Recherche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CIR permet de <strong>d\u00e9duire de l\u2019imp\u00f4t d\u00fb une partie des d\u00e9penses en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong> correspondant \u00e0 un des objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la contribution th\u00e9orique ou exp\u00e9rimentale \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes techniques ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019application des r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une recherche fondamentale ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la recherche de solutions nouvelles ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le d\u00e9veloppement de prototypes ou d\u2019installations pilotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de \u00ab faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019art \u00bb. Les d\u00e9penses peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9duites de l\u2019imp\u00f4t \u00e0 hauteur de 30 % jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 M\u20ac (ce taux est port\u00e9 \u00e0 50 % pour la Corse et les DOM-TOM \u00e0 compter de 2020) et 5% au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-credit-impot-innovation\">Le Cr\u00e9dit Imp\u00f4t Innovation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le CIR s\u2019applique <strong>\u00e0 toutes les entreprises au r\u00e9gime du r\u00e9el<\/strong>, le CII ne s\u2019adresse <strong>qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/entreprise\/moyennes-et-grandes-entreprises-pme-eti\/\">aux PME<\/a><\/strong>. S\u2019il concerne les d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception ou la r\u00e9alisation de prototypes et installations pilotes, il concerne uniquement <strong>les produits nouveaux et innovants<\/strong> : c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qui ne sont pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles sur le march\u00e9, et qui offrent \u00ab des performances sup\u00e9rieures sur le plan technique, des fonctionnalit\u00e9s, de l\u2019ergonomie ou de l\u2019\u00e9coconception \u00bb par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019existant. Les mises \u00e0 jour ou corrections de dysfonctionnement ne sont donc pas \u00e9ligibles. Le taux est de <strong>20 %<\/strong> (40 % pour la Corse et les DOM-TOM \u00e0 compter de 2020) et le CII est plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>400 000 \u20ac par an<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une PME, <strong>les deux dispositifs peuvent donc se cumuler<\/strong>, l\u2019un portant sur la recherche et l\u2019autre, sur la conception !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-criteres-communs-d-eligibilite\">Les crit\u00e8res communs d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormis dans certains cas pr\u00e9cis, les d\u00e9penses doivent correspondre \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations situ\u00e9es au sein de l\u2019espace \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en.<br>\nLes d\u00e9penses \u00e9ligibles peuvent inclure :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des dotations aux amortissements des biens et b\u00e2timents ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des co\u00fbts du personnel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des frais de fonctionnement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des d\u00e9penses externalis\u00e9es (notamment, recherche confi\u00e9e \u00e0 une universit\u00e9, fondation ou association), des frais de brevets, des co\u00fbts de veille technologique ou encore de normalisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-constituer-le-dossier-de-demande\">Comment constituer le dossier de demande ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les deux m\u00e9canismes d\u2019aide, la demande s\u2019effectue en adressant <strong>au service des imp\u00f4ts<\/strong> l&rsquo;imprim\u00e9 Cerfa n\u00b0 11081*19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, il est possible de s\u2019assurer en amont de l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un projet de recherche au CIR, en adressant une <strong>demande pr\u00e9alable<\/strong>. Concernant le CII, il est possible de demander un rescrit, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une <strong>prise de position formelle de l\u2019administration<\/strong>, afin de garantir que l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 ne sera pas remise en cause ult\u00e9rieurement lors d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/loi-tva-anti-fraude-2018\/\">contr\u00f4le fiscal<\/a>. L\u2019administration dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9ponse de <strong>3 mois<\/strong>, sans quoi le projet est r\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e9ligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le recensement rigoureux des d\u00e9penses, par nature et par projet, peut \u00eatre un d\u00e9fi pour certaines organisations. Et au-del\u00e0, compte tenu de la complexit\u00e9 technique des sujets, des enjeux de formalisme et des subtilit\u00e9s de calcul qui entourent le sujet, vous pouvez juger utile de demander conseil, voire de confier la constitution des dossiers de demande de CIR ou CII <strong>\u00e0 des prestataires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/strong> \u2013 consultants, experts, organismes de conseil. Sachez qu\u2019afin de garantir une meilleure information des entreprises quant aux engagements d\u00e9claratifs et aux modalit\u00e9s de v\u00e9rification, l\u2019administration a mis en place un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/mediateur-des-entreprises\/referencement-des-acteurs-conseil-en-cir-cii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel des prestations de conseil CIR et CII<\/a>, ainsi qu\u2019un agr\u00e9ment (non obligatoire) pour ces acteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta\">\n\t<div class=\"single-cta__positioner\">\n\t\t<div
