Il permet de d\u00e9terminer notamment sa rentabilit\u00e9 et ses prix de vente. C\u2019est \u00e9galement une m\u00e9thode efficace pour \u00e9valuer son positionnement par rapport \u00e0 vos concurrents. Qu\u2019est-ce que le taux de marge concr\u00e8tement ? Pourquoi et comment le calculer ? Nos r\u00e9ponses pour mettre votre TPE sur de bons rails ou pour la conforter dans son \u00e9lan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une marge ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de parler de <strong>taux de marge<\/strong>, mieux vaut savoir \u00e0 quoi correspond exactement la marge, car plusieurs d\u00e9finitions existent. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, elle repr\u00e9sente <strong>la diff\u00e9rence entre le prix de vente<\/strong> de votre produit ou service, et <strong>son co\u00fbt de revient<\/strong>. Elle peut s\u2019appr\u00e9cier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>en brut<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 partir du chiffre d\u2019affaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9 prenant en compte la diff\u00e9rence entre le prix de vente HT et le prix d\u2019achat HT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou bien <strong>en net<\/strong>, en soustrayant dans ce cas les charges (notamment les charges fixes) n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/ventes-definition-et-analyse-des-ventes-en-entreprise\/\">r\u00e9alisation de la vente<\/a>. On parle souvent de marge commerciale dans les activit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi calculer son taux de marge ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet indicateur de rentabilit\u00e9 permet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/devis-facture\/logiciels-gestion-commerciale\/\">un suivi quotidien pour le chef d\u2019entreprise<\/a>. Il aide en effet \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer <strong>ses prix de vente<\/strong> en fonction du prix d\u2019achat des marchandises, pour \u00e9viter les ventes \u00e0 pertes. C\u2019est aussi un bon indicateur pour savoir s\u2019il est temps de n\u00e9gocier avec ses fournisseurs. Ou encore pour se positionner par rapport \u00e0 sa concurrence. Elle permet enfin de prendre des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques, par exemple en \u00e9valuant si une activit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re est susceptible de d\u00e9gager un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calculer son taux de marge ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 partir de cette marge, on peut calculer le taux de marge, qui repr\u00e9sente le pourcentage de gain r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur la vente d\u2019un produit ou d\u2019un service par rapport \u00e0 son co\u00fbt d\u2019achat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taux de marge = (Marge \/ Co\u00fbt d&rsquo;achat HT) x 100<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, si vous achetez un produit 40 euros que vous revendez 70 euros, la marge sera de 70 &#8211; 40 = 30 euros, soit un taux de marge de <strong>( 30 \/ 40) x 100 = 75 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le 1<sup>er <\/sup>conseil des Geeks des chiffres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce calcul est \u00e0 adapter en fonction du type de votre activit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour les activit\u00e9s de <strong>n\u00e9gociation<\/strong><br>= (Marge commerciale \/ Co\u00fbt d&rsquo;achat des marchandises vendues) x 100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les activit\u00e9s de prestation de <strong>services<\/strong><br>= (Marge sur prestations \/ co\u00fbt de r\u00e9alisation des prestations vendues) x 100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les activit\u00e9s de <strong>production<\/strong><br>= (Marge sur production \/ co\u00fbt de production des produits vendus) x 100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> conseil des Geeks des chiffres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attention \u00e0 ne pas confondre le taux de marge, calcul\u00e9 par rapport au prix d\u2019achat, avec le taux de marque qui lui se calcule en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au prix de vente :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taux de marque = (Marge \/ Prix de vente HT) x 100<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, si vous achetez un produit 40 euros, que vous revendez 70 euros, la marge sera de 70 &#8211; 40 = 30 euros, soit un taux de marque de <strong>(30 \/ 70) x 100 = 42,86 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment am\u00e9liorer votre taux de marge ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre <strong>taux de marge<\/strong> n\u2019est pas suffisant ou que celui-ci est bien moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ceux de vos concurrents, plusieurs solutions existent pour l\u2019am\u00e9liorer. D\u2019abord, bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez augmenter votre <strong>prix de vente<\/strong>, sans toutefois d\u00e9passer le seuil psychologique que votre client\u00e8le est pr\u00eate \u00e0 payer pour votre produit ou service. Vous pouvez aussi tenter de diminuer vos <strong>co\u00fbts d\u2019achat<\/strong> en n\u00e9gociant des remises avec vos fournisseurs ou en trouvant des fournisseurs moins chers, sans transiger sur la qualit\u00e9. Pensez aussi \u00e0 optimiser la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/gestion-stocks-entreprise-explication-enjeux\/\"><strong>gestion de vos stocks<\/strong><\/a> : ni trop ni trop peu de mati\u00e8res en attente, pour \u00e9viter les pertes d\u2019exploitation. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement tenter d\u2019optimiser les co\u00fbts de fonctionnement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus votre <strong>taux de marge est \u00e9lev\u00e9 et stable<\/strong>, plus votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sera \u00e0 m\u00eame de faire face \u00e0 ses co\u00fbts fixes et aux al\u00e9as de l\u2019activit\u00e9.
