Vous pouvez \u00e9galement choisir de r\u00e9gler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance uniquement vos cotisations salariales et d\u2019\u00e9chelonner le paiement de vos cotisations patronales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-reglez-vos-cotisations-dans-le-cadre-de-la-dsn\">Vous r\u00e9glez vos cotisations dans le cadre de la DSN<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concr\u00e8tement, vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de moduler votre paiement dans la DSN jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son d\u00e9p\u00f4t :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montant \u00e0 0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montant du paiement fix\u00e9 \u00e0 une partie seulement de la somme due<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pas de modification du paiement : vous payez 100 % des cotisations du mois<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-reglez-vos-cotisations-hors-dsn\">Vous r\u00e9glez vos cotisations hors DSN<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez le choix entre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adapter selon vos possibilit\u00e9s le montant de votre virement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas adresser de virement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>NB : <strong>ces dispositions sont celles adopt\u00e9es par l\u2019Urssaf au titre des cotisations payables le 15 mars<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>. Les informations aff\u00e9rant au r\u00e8glement de l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du 5 avril et des suivantes seront communiqu\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-report-des-charges-dues-a-la-msa\">Le report des charges dues \u00e0 la MSA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Mutualit\u00e9 Sociale Agricole <strong>exempte toutes les entreprises cotisantes du r\u00e8glement des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances salariales et patronales pr\u00e9vues entre le 15 et le 31 mars<\/strong>. Le paiement de l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance est report\u00e9 \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-reglez-vos-cotisations-par-prelevement\">Vous r\u00e9glez vos cotisations par pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cotisation n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e. Si vous estimez dans votre int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9gler tout ou partie de votre cotisation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance pr\u00e9vue, il vous appartient d\u2019adresser un virement du montant de votre choix \u00e0 la MSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-reglez-vos-cotisations-par-virement\">Vous r\u00e9glez vos cotisations par virement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez une triple possibilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ne rien r\u00e9gler et reporter l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e0 plus tard, sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler une partie seulement du montant, toujours sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e0 100 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>NB : <strong>ces dispositions sont celles adopt\u00e9es par la MSA au titre des cotisations payables entre le 15 et le 31 mars<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>. Les informations aff\u00e9rant au r\u00e8glement de l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du 5 avril et des suivantes seront communiqu\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-report-des-charges-dues-au-titre-des-assurances-complementaires\">Le report des charges dues au titre des assurances compl\u00e9mentaires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il vous appartient de vous rapprocher de votre organisme compl\u00e9mentaire pour conna\u00eetre les mesures de reports de charges \u00e9ventuellement prises pour soulager les entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-report-d-autres-charges-pour-les-entreprises-les-plus-touchees-par-la-crise-du-coronavirus\">Le report d\u2019autres charges pour les entreprises les plus touch\u00e9es par la crise du Coronavirus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-report-des-loyers\">Le report des loyers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les commerces contraints de fermer, mais pas seulement, <strong>le gouvernement<sup>1<\/sup> a demand\u00e9 aux grands bailleurs de faire preuve de souplesse<\/strong> et de participer \u00e0 l\u2019effort national de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syndicat des promoteurs et gestionnaires de centres commerciaux a par exemple entendu l\u2019appel. Il recommande \u00e0 ses adh\u00e9rents<sup>5<\/sup> deux am\u00e9nagements :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le passage d\u2019un r\u00e8glement trimestriel \u00e0 un r\u00e8glement mensuel des loyers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La suspension de la mise en recouvrement des loyers et des charges dues au mois d\u2019avril<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, Ceetrus, la filiale du Groupe Auchan aux 342 centres commerciaux g\u00e9r\u00e9s, annonce suspendre les loyers du 15 mars au 15 avril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ind\u00e9pendamment des initiatives des grands bailleurs, si vous estimez que le report de tout ou partie des charges de loyer est vital pour la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de votre activit\u00e9, <strong>il vous appartient de n\u00e9gocier un am\u00e9nagement du r\u00e8glement de vos \u00e9ch\u00e9ances<\/strong> pendant la p\u00e9riode de la crise du Coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-report-des-factures-d-eau-de-gaz-et-d-electricite\">Le report des factures d\u2019eau, de gaz et d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si votre entreprise se trouve en difficult\u00e9 \u00e9conomique aigu\u00eb en raison de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de Coronavirus<\/strong>, vous \u00eates fond\u00e9 \u00e0 demander un report du r\u00e8glement de vos factures d\u2019eau, de gaz et d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conclusion, le report des charges est une opportunit\u00e9 offerte aux entreprises les plus touch\u00e9es par les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. \u00c0 ce stade, <strong>il s\u2019agit bien d\u2019un report et non pas d\u2019une annulation<\/strong>. Au sortir de la crise, il faudra acquitter, selon des modalit\u00e9s qui restent \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser, les montants des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances report\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019esprit des mesures de report est d\u2019organiser la solidarit\u00e9 au profit des acteurs qui souffrent le plus.
