C\u2019est un enjeu strat\u00e9gique, puisque cela renforce l\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s, notamment des plus jeunes. Mais attention, les actions RSE doivent \u00eatre concr\u00e8tes et r\u00e9elles, et concourir \u00e0 nous ancrer au sein d\u2019une communaut\u00e9. Voil\u00e0 une mine de pr\u00e9cieuses informations offertes \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise pour am\u00e9liorer les parcours de carri\u00e8re, proposer des formations pertinentes, individualiser les parcours de comp\u00e9tences, et anticiper les besoins futurs d\u2019\u00e9volution des organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2020, ces cinq chantiers de transformation vont continuer \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences diff\u00e9rentes, vecteurs de diff\u00e9renciation pour les entreprises.
