Aujourd&rsquo;hui nous accueillons Yann Gentil qui est expert-comptable \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans.<br>Yann le principe de ce podcast est de donner vos conseils suite \u00e0 une question pos\u00e9e par un dirigeant de TPE.<br>Aujourd&rsquo;hui nous avons une question de Bertrand de Dijon, dirigeant d&rsquo;une TPE dans le b\u00e2timent. Bertrand nous dit qu&rsquo;il est assez d\u00e9bord\u00e9 en ce moment par son activit\u00e9 et les efforts qu&rsquo;il a \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer depuis plusieurs mois, dans la p\u00e9riode que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet. Comment pouvez-vous l&rsquo;\u00e9pauler pour son bilan nous demande-t-il ? Quel serait le premier conseil que vous lui donneriez ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yann Gentil :<\/strong><br>Alors le premier conseil que je pourrais lui donner, d\u00e9j\u00e0 c&rsquo;est effectivement qu\u2019il peut avoir une activit\u00e9 d\u00e9bordante et aussi avancer dans son bilan, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours \u00e9vident quand on prend du retard. Donc malgr\u00e9 son surcro\u00eet d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, de prendre le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 sa gestion administrative parce ce que si nous n&rsquo;avons pas les \u00e9l\u00e9ments, pour l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour sa comptabilit\u00e9, \u00e7a va \u00eatre difficile de l&rsquo;\u00e9pauler pour l&rsquo;accompagner dans son bilan. Parce que c&rsquo;est comme tout, si on n&rsquo;a pas la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, nous on ne va pas pouvoir travailler et avancer sur le sujet. On va pouvoir le \u00ab coacher \u00bb en quelque sorte puisque nous, nous allons \u00eatre un support pour lui, pour lui dire comment proc\u00e9der pour d\u00e9velopper son activit\u00e9, et revoir peut-\u00eatre sa strat\u00e9gie. Lui permettre aussi de fonctionner diff\u00e9remment pour justement l&rsquo;aider dans son business et son d\u00e9veloppement, et puis am\u00e9liorer son processus tout simplement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrick Russo :<\/strong><br>Sur cette question du bilan, de la p\u00e9riode fiscale, comment vous pouvez l&rsquo;\u00e9pauler quand on arrive justement au moment o\u00f9 il faut tout sortir compl\u00e8tement, en fait votre mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der pour l&rsquo;aider ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yann Gentil :<\/strong><br>Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9pauler, en tant qu&rsquo;expert-comptable c&rsquo;est justement l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 s&rsquo;organiser et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son organisation puisque le but \u00e7a va \u00eatre de pouvoir le structurer en quelque sorte. Pour lui permettre que \u00e7a soit plus fluide pour lui, et que \u00e7a soit aussi plus simple pour nous, parce que c&rsquo;est vrai que quand on fait le bilan on a besoin de tous les documents. Donc si on doit aller \u00e0 la p\u00eache \u00e7a va demander un peu plus de temps dans le traitement, et qui dit demande de temps suppl\u00e9mentaire, dit d\u00e9lais de transmission et de sortie de son bilan un peu plus longs. Comment vous pourriez l&rsquo;aider ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yann Gentil :<\/strong><br>D\u00e9j\u00e0 peut-\u00eatre lui proposer des outils qui soient adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 son mode de fonctionnement parce qu\u2019il n\u2019a peut-\u00eatre pas le temps, je pense notamment \u00e0 des cabinets qui ne seraient pas d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s, de venir d\u00e9poser au bureau les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont on aurait besoin. De tout rapatrier, c&rsquo;est vrai qu\u2019il faut retrouver les documents comptables et quand on se laisse un peu aller dans son organisation, du coup des pi\u00e8ces comptables il y en a peut-\u00eatre un petit peu partout. Donc l\u2019aider \u00e0 tout centraliser au sein de bannettes, de classeurs, pour l&rsquo;aider justement dans cette transmission de documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il peut tr\u00e8s bien apporter une seule fois au cabinet, si ce dernier est d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9, un seul classeur o\u00f9 il y aura tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments et apr\u00e8s le cabinet g\u00e8rera lui-m\u00eame les pi\u00e8ces un petit peu comme une bo\u00eete \u00e0 chaussures, si je peux m&rsquo;exprimer ainsi. Mais \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre lui donner des outils pour faciliter le traitement et lui dire voil\u00e0 on va pouvoir mettre en place certains collecteurs de pi\u00e8ces comptables pour vous retirer une \u00e9pine du pied. Et puis en m\u00eame temps, le structurer en lui disant voil\u00e0 la banque, on a besoin de \u00e7a par exemple. Pour les factures de vente, ce serait se mettre en lien avec son e-facturation en esp\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;il en ait une.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voil\u00e0 nous, on pourrait \u00e9ventuellement prendre la main et le d\u00e9ranger le moins possible pour que lui se consacre \u00e0 100% \u00e0 son business, \u00e0 son activit\u00e9 et nous, \u00e7a nous permet d&rsquo;avancer sur le travail \u00e0 faire au quotidien. Et puis lui, il sait qu\u2019on a les acc\u00e8s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer tout ce dont on a besoin, et il est serein parce qu&rsquo;il est \u00e0 jour sur ces outils. Donc on va pouvoir mieux l&rsquo;accompagner parce qu\u2019on aura toutes les cartes en main et la balle sera dans notre camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrick Russo :<\/strong><br>C&rsquo;est gagnant-gagnant finalement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yann Gentil :<\/strong><br>C&rsquo;est \u00e7a, c\u2019est gagnant-gagnant. \u00c7a va permettre au client d\u2019avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 un suivi r\u00e9gulier de son activit\u00e9 parce qu&rsquo;il va pouvoir d\u00e9poser ses documents au jour le jour et puis nous, on va \u00ab piocher \u00bb les informations dont on va avoir besoin pour mettre en forme son bilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrick Russo :<\/strong><br>Parfait.
