Ce mouvement s\u2019est traduit par une concentration du secteur, avec la disparition de marques, souvent puissantes (Mammouth, Rallye, Euromarch\u00e9, Continent\u2026). Plus r\u00e9cemment, l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019Internet, des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et de la transformation digitale a, une fois de plus, rebattu les cartes et introduit une rupture profonde. On est&nbsp;ainsi pass\u00e9, historiquement du cabas au chariot, puis du chariot au clavier. Aujourd\u2019hui les acteurs du secteur du Retail\/n\u00e9goce doivent faire face \u00e0 plusieurs challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-recomposition-des-points-de-ventes\">Une recomposition des points de ventes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><cite class=\"content-cite\">\u00ab Historiquement, on est pass\u00e9 du cabas&nbsp;au chariot, puis du chariot au clavier. \u00bb<\/cite><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La physionomie des super et hypermarch\u00e9s se transforme principalement selon trois principes : d\u2019abord, un principe d\u2019organisation, par exemple avec la multiplication des espaces Drive, de l\u2019auto-scan par le consommateur ou les caisses automatiques. Ensuite, un principe d\u2019int\u00e9gration, avec des services compl\u00e9mentaires, par exemple des espaces de bricolage, de voyage ou de prestations diverses (lavage de v\u00e9hicules, \u00e9nergie\u2026). Enfin, un principe g\u00e9ographique : du fait de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des consommateurs \u00e0 opter pour des circuits courts et la livraison \u00e0 domicile, les distributeurs, y compris les GSS (grandes surfaces sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es) ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les magasins de proximit\u00e9 dans les centres-villes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-offensive-du-hard-discount\">Une offensive du hard discount<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les statistiques publi\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kantarworldpanel.com\/global\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kantar Worldpanel<\/a> montrent un repli des parts de march\u00e9 des hypermarch\u00e9s au profit des circuits On Line et EDMP (enseignes de distribution en marque propre, autre nom du discount), en particulier Aldi et Lidl. Ce dernier, qui a investi dans ses magasins et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son offre de produits frais a, en 2018, pes\u00e9 5,5 % des ventes des produits de grande consommation, soit un gain de 300 000 m\u00e9nages, selon Kantar Worldpanel. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude de Xerfi publi\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2018, les enseignes \u00e0 petits prix ont vu leurs chiffres d\u2019affaires bondir de 20 % entre 2013 et 2018. Dans ces conditions, le chiffre d\u2019affaires des enseignes de bazar (GiFi, La Foir\u2019Fouille, Centrakor\u2026) et celles de d\u00e9stockage (Stokomani, Noz, Au Fil des Marques\u2026) vont respectivement s\u2019envoler de 15% et 8% par an \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2021, selon les calculs des experts de Xerfi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-retail-negoce-un-e-commerce-de-plus-en-plus-puissant\">Retail\/n\u00e9goce : Un e-commerce de plus en plus puissant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la Fevad (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration du e-commerce et de la vente \u00e0 distance) le e-commerce p\u00e8se 90 milliards d\u2019euros (en 2018), contre 81,7 milliards en 2017, soit une croissance de plus de 10 % et dix fois plus qu\u2019en 2005. A comparer \u00e0 une progression inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,5 % pour le commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-transformation-des-modes-de-consommation\">Une transformation des modes de consommation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation des modes de consommation se traduit principalement par trois tendances majeures. D\u2019abord, la volont\u00e9 de consommer des produits plus bio. L\u2019Agence Fran\u00e7aise pour le D\u00e9veloppement et la Promotion de l\u2019Agriculture Biologique observe, depuis 2015, une hausse r\u00e9guli\u00e8re significative de la fr\u00e9quence de consommation des produits biologiques. En 2017, plus de 9 Fran\u00e7ais sur 10 ont consomm\u00e9 des produits biologiques et pr\u00e8s des trois-quarts en consomment r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, au moins une fois par mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, les consommateurs revendiquent toujours plus de transparence et d\u2019\u00e9thique sur l\u2019origine des produits, leurs modes de fabrication et de distribution. Selon une analyse du cabinet BearingPoint, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations choisissent une marque en tenant compte de son engagement soci\u00e9tal et de la transparence de ses pratiques commerciales ou de gestion des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ainsi que la mobilit\u00e9, ont introduit une volatilit\u00e9 dans le comportement des consommateurs et dans leurs pratiques d\u2019achat. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux interviennent \u00e0 un double niveau : d\u2019une part, comme crit\u00e8re de choix des produits et des marques (80 % des consommateurs utilisent leur smartphone dans un magasin pour s\u00e9lectionner les produits, selon Gartner). Le Web est ainsi largement utilis\u00e9 pour consulter des avis de consommateurs, comparer les prix ou d\u00e9nicher les promotions. D\u2019autre part, comme outil de f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de communaut\u00e9s, autour d\u2019une th\u00e9matique, dont les recommandations mod\u00e8lent le comportement d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
