G\u00e9rald Tassotti, son Directeur Financier, a choisi la p\u00e9dagogie pour faire passer le message du respect des budgets aux \u00e9quipes en charge de la cr\u00e9ation des ballets\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>G\u00e9rald TASSOTTI \u2013 Directeur Financier du Ballet National de Marseille<\/strong><br>\nLa cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un ballet, ce sont \u00e0 la fois des \u00e9l\u00e9ments incorporels, comme la chor\u00e9graphie, la sc\u00e9nographie et tous les enregistrements. Mais \u00e9galement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments corporels ; principalement les d\u00e9cors, les costumes et tous les mat\u00e9riels techniques.<br>\nEt bien \u00e9videmment, il faut essayer de ne pas d\u00e9passer l&rsquo;enveloppe de d\u00e9part.<br>\n\u00c7a fait partie de mon m\u00e9tier que d&rsquo;avoir une communication financi\u00e8re vulgaris\u00e9e et d&rsquo;int\u00e9resser tout le monde \u00e0 la gestion et \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 de la gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sabine DUCROT-CISS<\/strong><br>\nBien s\u00fbr, un Directeur Financier peut toujours essayer d\u2019imposer la rigueur du suivi budg\u00e9taire aux m\u00e9tiers. Mais G\u00e9rald Tassotti ne fait pas partie de cette \u00e9cole.<br>\nSans doute parce qu\u2019il a trop de respect pour la cr\u00e9ation artistique. Sans doute aussi parce qu\u2019il peut s\u2019appuyer sur une solution de gestion qui lui permet de r\u00e9concilier la froideur des chiffres et la chaleur des ballets.<br>\nLa p\u00e9dagogie est plus facile quand on dispose d\u2019indicateurs clairs et directement lisibles. Trouver un vocabulaire commun et relever les d\u00e9fis de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans le respect des lignes budg\u00e9taires est possible quand on partage les m\u00eames objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
