Le taux de rotation du personnel est un rapport entre la somme des entr\u00e9es et des sorties de salari\u00e9s sur une ann\u00e9e et l\u2019effectif total<sup>1<\/sup>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 %, il trahit souvent un vieillissement de l\u2019effectif et un insuffisant renouvellement des comp\u00e9tences. Au-del\u00e0 de 20 %, le taux de rotation du personnel peut indiquer une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser les salari\u00e9s, hors p\u00e9riode de forte croissance (profil de start-up, par exemple) ou au contraire de r\u00e9duction collective des effectifs. La moyenne en France est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 15 %<sup>2<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi surveiller le taux de rotation du personnel&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Les ressources humaines constituent le principal levier d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. C\u2019est pourquoi un tableau de bord constitu\u00e9 de quelques indicateurs strat\u00e9giques issus du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/sirh-definition-fonction-avantages\/\">SI RH<\/a> est un incontournable d\u2019une bonne gestion de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Parmi ces indicateurs, le taux de rotation du personnel occupe une place centrale, en particulier quand une tension du march\u00e9 du travail complique la t\u00e2che des recruteurs. La fid\u00e9lisation RH devient alors strat\u00e9gique pour \u00e9viter une perte de comp\u00e9tence difficile \u00e0 combler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Comme tout indicateur, c\u2019est moins la valeur absolue que l\u2019\u00e9volution du turnover qu\u2019il convient d\u2019analyser. Plus elle est forte et plus les RH doivent se pencher sans d\u00e9lai sur la probl\u00e9matique que le mouvement r\u00e9v\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une augmentation brutale, qu\u2019elle provienne d\u2019une forte campagne de recrutements ou au contraire de d\u00e9parts massifs, appelle un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-digitalisation-rh-une-solution-pour-diminuer-la-pression\/\">accompagnement adapt\u00e9 de la part des RH<\/a>. Le cas d\u2019une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie de d\u00e9missions en particulier pose un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-guerre-des-talents-en-tete-de-lagenda-rh\/\">double d\u00e9fi<\/a>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre au travail pour enrayer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplacer les comp\u00e9tences pour \u00e9viter une perte collective de savoir-faire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une diminution r\u00e9guli\u00e8re pose un probl\u00e8me RH d\u2019une autre nature&nbsp;: si moins de personnes arrivent et moins de personnes sortent, le risque est une perte de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 innover et un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la pyramide des \u00e2ges, avec un vieillissement de l\u2019effectif. L\u00e0 encore, une r\u00e9action appropri\u00e9e est bienvenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En conclusion, le taux de rotation du personnel d\u2019une entreprise est en soi le reflet de son secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9, de sa dynamique de croissance et de sa localisation.
