Elle <strong>rapporte cette dur\u00e9e de travail effectif \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale du travail dans le pays consid\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong>. En France, cette dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale est de 35 heures par semaine ou 151,67 heures par mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, la notion d\u2019\u00e9quivalent temps plein (ETP) implique que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 salari\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein = 1 ETP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 salari\u00e9 employ\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-temps = 0,5 ETP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 salari\u00e9s \u00e0 mi-temps = 1 ETP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette terminologie est employ\u00e9e par les services financiers et les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/digitalisation-des-outils-rh-levier-dattractivite\/\">ressources humaines<\/a>. Ce calcul de l\u2019effectif, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019Urssaf d\u2019apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es publi\u00e9es par les entreprises via la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urssaf.fr\/portail\/home\/employeur\/declarer-et-payer\/quand\/la-date-de-paiement-des-cotisati.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D\u00e9claration Sociale Nominative (DSN)<\/a>, d\u00e9termine un certain nombre d\u2019<strong>obligations sociales <\/strong>de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, le calcul de l\u2019ETP permet de r\u00e9aliser d\u2019autres calculs utiles \u00e0 la bonne gestion d\u2019une entreprise, comme&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La mesure de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9volution de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/masse-salariale-definition\/\">masse salariale<\/a> <\/strong>d\u2019une entreprise d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre (qui peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de l\u2019effectif global, par exemple si le travail temporaire est r\u00e9pandu dans l\u2019entreprise).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>comparaison des niveaux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong> de deux salari\u00e9s dont les temps de travail diff\u00e8rent (exemple&nbsp;: un salari\u00e9 employ\u00e9 35 heures<em> vs <\/em>un salari\u00e9 employ\u00e9 30 heures par semaine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019ETP permet d\u2019<strong>exprimer une charge de travail <\/strong>et de la rapporter \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale du travail. Ainsi, quand on parle d\u2019une charge de travail de 8 ETP pendant 1 mois, cela signifie qu\u2019il faut pr\u00e9voir 8 salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein (ou 16 \u00e0 mi-temps) pendant 1 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En gestion de projet, le chef de projet doit <strong>estimer la capacit\u00e9 de production des \u00e9quipes<\/strong>. Cette capacit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend des types de contrat des uns et des autres (CDD ou CDI, temps partiel ou temps plein). Elle sera donc convertie en ETP. Cela permettra de se rendre compte, par exemple, que le projet aura besoin de ressources compl\u00e9mentaires (CDD, int\u00e9rimaires, consultants\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"calculer\">Comment calculer l\u2019\u00e9quivalent temps plein ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le calcul de l\u2019ETP peut \u00eatre assez complexe. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de conna\u00eetre bon nombre de r\u00e8gles pour l\u2019appr\u00e9hender correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut tout d\u2019abord savoir que le calcul de l\u2019ETP prend en compte l\u2019ensemble des <strong>salari\u00e9s ayant un contrat de travail avec l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, m\u00eame s\u2019ils sont en cong\u00e9 (cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, cong\u00e9s pour maladie, maternit\u00e9\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sont <strong>exclus<\/strong> du calcul de l\u2019ETP les cat\u00e9gories suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les salari\u00e9s<\/strong> en CDD, mis \u00e0 disposition ou en int\u00e9rim et <strong>qui remplacent un salari\u00e9 absent<\/strong> ou dont le contrat est momentan\u00e9ment suspendu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les titulaires d\u2019un <strong>contrat d\u2019insertion<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les titulaires d\u2019un <strong>contrat de professionnalisation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les titulaires d\u2019un <strong>contrat d\u2019apprentissage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, il convient de regarder la dur\u00e9e du travail. La dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale du travail est comptabilis\u00e9e sur la base de 52 semaines de 35 heures. Au-del\u00e0, on parle d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/heures-supplementaires-definition\/\">heures suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>52 x 35 = 1 820 heures annuelles\/12 mois = 151,67 heures par mois<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, vous dissocierez les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel. Ainsi, sur un mois, un salari\u00e9 en CDI \u00e0 temps complet \u00e9quivaudra \u00e0 1 ETP. Mais pour un salari\u00e9 en CDD \u00e0 temps partiel ayant travaill\u00e9 13 jours \u00e0 raison de 20 heures par semaine, le calcul de l\u2019ETP sera le suivant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20\/35 x 13\/30 = 0,25 ETP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On dit que ce salari\u00e9 correspond \u00e0 0,25 ETP. Cela signifie que <strong>le temps de travail de ce salari\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente 25% du temps de travail d\u2019un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"effectif\">Comment calculer un effectif avec \u00e9quivalent temps plein ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons le cas fictif d\u2019une PME employant 10 salari\u00e9s en CDI \u00e0 temps plein, 1 salari\u00e9 en CDI \u00e0 temps partiel ayant travaill\u00e9 100 heures dans le mois, 1 salari\u00e9 en CDD de 6 mois \u00e0 temps partiel (100 heures) et 2 apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On commencera par calculer l\u2019effectif avec \u00e9quivalent temps plein sur 1 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 CDI&nbsp;\u00e0 temps plein = 10 ETP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 CDI \u00e0 temps partiel&nbsp;: 1 x 100\/151,67 = 0,66 ETP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 CDD de 6 mois \u00e0&nbsp;temps partiel (100 heures) : (6\/12) x (100\/151,67) = 0,33 ETP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 apprentis = 0 ETP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Total pour le mois = 10,99 ETP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, on calculera l\u2019effectif avec \u00e9quivalent temps plein sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Pour ce faire, on refera ce calcul pour chaque mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, on fera la somme des effectifs ETP mensuels de janvier \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre et on divisera ce chiffre par 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cet exemple est simple, le calcul de l\u2019effectif avec \u00e9quivalent temps plein peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licat dans de grandes organisations. Aussi, l\u2019aide d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/experts-comptables-et-cabinets-expertise-comptable\/\"><strong>expert-comptable<\/strong><\/a> ou d\u2019une <a
