Son appellation juridique exacte est \u00ab jeune entreprise d\u2019innovation \u00e0 impact \u00bb. L\u2019article 23 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/bofip.impots.gouv.fr\/bofip\/15020-PGP.html\/ACTU-2026-00067\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loi de finances<\/a> pour 2026 l\u2019a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au r\u00e9gime JEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le dispositif s\u2019applique aux exercices clos \u00e0 compter du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2026. Son abrogation est pr\u00e9vue au 1er janvier 2029. L\u2019entreprise appr\u00e9cie donc sa qualit\u00e9 de JEII \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture de chaque exercice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-quelles-sont-les-conditions-pour-obtenir-le-statut-jeii\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles sont les conditions pour obtenir le statut JEII ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000053543750\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les conditions<\/a> du <strong>statut de jeune entreprise innovante \u00e0 impact (JEII)<\/strong> portent sur la taille, l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, l\u2019actionnariat, la R&amp;D et la finalit\u00e9 du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-quels-sont-les-criteres-generaux\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont les crit\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9raux ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entreprise doit \u00eatre une PME employant moins de 250 personnes. Son chiffre d\u2019affaires doit rester inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 millions d\u2019euros, ou son bilan inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 43 millions d\u2019euros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle doit exercer une activit\u00e9 nouvelle. Son capital doit aussi \u00eatre d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 50 % au moins par des personnes ou structures \u00e9ligibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019anciennet\u00e9 maximale d\u00e9pend de la date de cr\u00e9ation. Elle est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 huit ans pour une entreprise cr\u00e9\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2023. Elle est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 onze ans pour une entreprise cr\u00e9\u00e9e avant cette date<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-quels-sont-les-criteres-de-recherche-et-d-impact\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont les crit\u00e8res de recherche et d\u2019impact ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La JEII doit consacrer entre 5 % et 20 % de ses charges fiscalement d\u00e9ductibles \u00e0 des d\u00e9penses de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9ligibles. Elle doit aussi satisfaire aux crit\u00e8res des entreprises solidaires d\u2019utilit\u00e9 sociale. Sinon, elle doit remplir les conditions applicables aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s commerciales de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-quels-avantages-offre-le-statut-de-jeune-entreprise-innovante-a-impact\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels avantages offre le statut de jeune entreprise innovante \u00e0 impact ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-quelles-sont-les-exonerations-fiscales\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles sont les exon\u00e9rations fiscales ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les collectivit\u00e9s peuvent exon\u00e9rer de CFE et de taxe fonci\u00e8re les JEII cr\u00e9\u00e9es avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2028. Ces <a href=\"https:\/\/entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr\/vosdroits\/F31188\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exon\u00e9rations <\/a>d\u00e9pendent d\u2019une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration locale et peuvent durer sept ans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019exon\u00e9ration d\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices concerne les entreprises cr\u00e9\u00e9es avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023. La qualit\u00e9 de JEII peut n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre reconnue pour un exercice clos d\u00e8s le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-quelles-sont-les-exonerations-sociales\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles sont les exon\u00e9rations sociales ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une JEII cr\u00e9\u00e9e avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2028 peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une exon\u00e9ration de cotisations patronales. Elle vise certains salari\u00e9s <em>(ing\u00e9nieur-chercheur, Technicien, Gestionnaire de projet de R&amp;D, Juriste charg\u00e9s de la protection industrielle et des accords de technologies li\u00e9es au projet, Personnel charg\u00e9 des tests pr\u00e9-concurrentiels etc) <\/em>et mandataires sociaux participant principalement aux projets de R&amp;D ou aux prototypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>statut de jeune entreprise innovante \u00e0 impact (JEII)<\/strong> encadre les PME combinant innovation et utilit\u00e9 sociale ou environnementale.
