Il classe toutes les op\u00e9rations enregistr\u00e9es dans le journal comptable par num\u00e9ro de compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concr\u00e8tement, chaque compte (clients, fournisseurs, banque, charges, produits\u2026) poss\u00e8de une page ou une section d\u00e9di\u00e9e dans le grand livre. Toutes les \u00e9critures relatives \u00e0 ce compte y sont report\u00e9es afin de suivre les mouvements au d\u00e9bit et au cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le grand livre est une pi\u00e8ce essentielle du syst\u00e8me comptable car il permet de visualiser rapidement la situation de chaque compte et d\u2019\u00e9tablir les documents financiers tels que la balance comptable ou les \u00e9tats financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-quoi-sert-il\">\u00c0 quoi sert-il ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le grand livre comptable joue un r\u00f4le fondamental dans la gestion et la fiabilit\u00e9 de la comptabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une entreprise. Chaque compte comporte une liste d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des op\u00e9rations enregistr\u00e9es au cours de la p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un grand livre contient les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le num\u00e9ro et le libell\u00e9 du compte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque section du grand livre correspond \u00e0 un compte issu du plan comptable. On y retrouve par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>401 \u2013 Fournisseurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>411 \u2013 Clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>512 \u2013 Banque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>606 \u2013 Achats non stock\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le num\u00e9ro et le libell\u00e9 permettent d\u2019<strong>identifier clairement la nature du compte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les informations relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour chaque op\u00e9ration comptable, plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont indiqu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la date de l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le num\u00e9ro de pi\u00e8ce justificative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le libell\u00e9 de l\u2019op\u00e9ration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le journal d\u2019origine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le montant au d\u00e9bit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le montant au cr\u00e9dit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces informations permettent de <strong>retracer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment chaque mouvement comptable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le solde du compte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le grand livre de comptabilit\u00e9 peut \u00e9galement afficher le solde du compte apr\u00e8s chaque \u00e9criture. Cela permet de conna\u00eetre en permanence la position du compte (d\u00e9biteur ou cr\u00e9diteur). Cette information est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour les comptes de tr\u00e9sorerie ou les comptes clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-se-presente-le-grand-livre-comptable\">Comment se pr\u00e9sente le grand livre comptable ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le grand livre peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous forme de tableau ou g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 automatiquement via un logiciel de comptabilit\u00e9. Sa structure reste toutefois relativement standardis\u00e9e.
