Cette pratique va pourtant r\u00e9volutionner le travail des commerciaux. Philippe Burgain, directeur social selling de l\u2019agence marketing 1 minute 30, en rappelle la d\u00e9finition : \u00ab Cette expression anglo-saxonne d\u00e9signe une activit\u00e9 de prospection sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels, comme LinkedIn.&nbsp;<\/span><b>Un commercial ne vend rien directement sur ces plateformes, mais cultive plut\u00f4t une relation de proximit\u00e9 avec ses clients potentiels. \u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;En clair, il s\u2019agit de devenir l\u2019interlocuteur num\u00e9ro un aupr\u00e8s de ses prospects pour multiplier ses chances de vendre ses produits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et \u00e7a marche : selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2016 par l\u2019institut CCM Benchmark,&nbsp;<\/span><b>78% des vendeurs qui ont adopt\u00e9 le social selling affichent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;par rapport \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues rest\u00e9s r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 cette nouvelle pratique. Un chiffre qui montre \u00e0 quel point les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont devenus&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-ma\/blog\/big-data-comment-en-tirer-parti\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des outils efficaces pour prospecter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mais par o\u00f9 commencer pour passer au social selling&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 45px 0 15px;\">LinkedIn : votre seconde bo\u00eete mail<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Il est d\u2019abord n\u00e9cessaire de rappeler \u00e0 ses forces de vente le potentiel commercial des r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels \u00bb, conseille Philippe Burgain. \u00ab LinkedIn, c\u2019est par exemple 450 millions d\u2019utilisateurs joignables en quelques clics, donc un vivier d\u2019innombrables opportunit\u00e9s. Quand j\u2019interviens en entreprise,&nbsp;<\/span><b>je conseille aux commerciaux de passer au moins une demi-heure sur cette plateforme.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Elle doit devenir leur deuxi\u00e8me bo\u00eete mail. \u00bb&nbsp;<\/span><b>Partages de contenus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans votre branche, demande de mise en relation, inscription dans des groupes strat\u00e9giques :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;un bon social seller tisse sa toile chaque jour pour obtenir le plus de contacts qualifi\u00e9s et se faire conna\u00eetre de ces derniers. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de reproduire la logique du d\u00e9marchage \u00e0 froid, mais de travailler ses contacts sur le long terme, de se rendre visible et de mieux comprendre leur(s) besoin(s).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 45px 0 15px;\">Comment approcher un prospect<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur LinkedIn, vos vendeurs doivent cibler en priorit\u00e9 les hauts cadres (responsables commerciaux, chefs d\u2019entreprise\u2026), des&nbsp;<\/span><b>profils susceptibles de lancer directement des ordres d\u2019achat.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Pour les trouver, pas de diff\u00e9rences avec la recherche de candidat : tapez par exemple \u2018directeur commercial\u2019 dans la barre de recherche, validez puis cliquez sur l\u2019onglet \u2018personnes\u2019 apparu juste-dessous du champ.
