En effet, 83&nbsp;% des budgets relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019innovation technologique sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s directement ou uniquement par la DSI<sup>2<\/sup>.<br>\nAutre illustration de la reconnaissance du r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique du DSI, \u00e9manant cette fois de KPMG : 2 DSI sur 3 si\u00e8gent d\u00e9sormais au comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de leur entreprise. Soit, deux fois plus qu\u2019il y a 10 ans<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette irruption des DSI au plus haut niveau des entreprises intervient \u00e0 un tournant technologique. Ce n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs sans doute pas un hasard. La transformation num\u00e9rique des entreprises se recentre sur l\u2019interne et s\u2019enrichit en technologie.<br>\nToujours selon le dernier barom\u00e8tre Accenture, les projets de digitalisation des processus internes l\u2019emportent sur les projets de digitalisation de la relation client. Ces derniers sont plut\u00f4t en pointe les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Et au sein de ces projets, la part de l\u2019intelligence artificielle et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle est multipli\u00e9e par 3 en un an<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les DSI, l\u2019enjeu est donc tr\u00e8s clair. Ils doivent prendre la mesure de leur r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique et se positionner en cons\u00e9quence. Et, ils doivent contribuer, dans cette configuration plus expos\u00e9e, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et de la croissance.<br>\nDe facilitateurs des transformations des m\u00e9tiers, ils ont \u00e0 devenir strat\u00e8ges incontestables de l\u2019\u00e9volution globale de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les aider \u00e0 relever le d\u00e9fi, tout en continuant \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les &nbsp;&nbsp; Les entreprises les plus engag\u00e9es sur ce terrain ont bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la triple promesse d\u2019une d\u00e9marche aboutie1&nbsp;: L\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire est au fond du
