National Accounts – Accounts Receivable

In Sage ERP MAS 90 , 200, and 200 SQL 4.5, National Accounts features will allow you to establish relationships between a parent company and multiple customer accounts. Using this new functionality, you can automatically invoice the parent for goods and services provided to the branch or subsidiary, while still maintaining unique customer accounts.

National Accounts – Customer Maintenance

When you win a big multi-company deal, easily set up the Parent and Branches or Subsidiaries in Customer Maintenance. You can also associate existing accounts for the parent, branch or subsidiary, while still maintaining the unique customer accounts and their history.

National Accounts – Link Parents to Branches or Subsidiaries

Once you have established unique accounts for each of your National Account companies, you can conveniently access all their accounts settings. On the Accounts Receivable Setup menu in Bill To Maintenance, view all the accounts associated with the same Parent, their settings, and make changes.

National Accounts – Accounts Receivable Invoice

Once your National Accounts are established and you enter an invoice, Sage ERP MAS 90, 200, and 200 SQL will automatically populate fields with the correct information using the options you've selected. Then 4.5 will automatically invoice the parent for goods and services provided to the branch or subsidiary.

National Accounts – Sales Orders

National Accounts information flows through to Sales Order, to also streamline your Sales Order processing. Your Sales team will be able to easily view the established relationships and Bill To and Sold To information as they make and enter sales for their accounts.
