Calcular mal o valor da hora base<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00e9 um dos erros mais cr\u00edticos, porque afeta diretamente todos os c\u00e1lculos de horas extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De facto, antes de aplicar qualquer percentagem, tem de saber quanto vale uma hora normal de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como calcular corretamente o valor da hora<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Valor hora = Sal\u00e1rio mensal \u00d7 12 \/ 52 \u00d7 horas semanais\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta f\u00f3rmula transforma o sal\u00e1rio mensal num valor anual e divide pelo total de horas trabalhadas no ano. Sem registo fi\u00e1vel, n\u00e3o consegue provar pagamentos, n\u00e3o controla limites e aumenta o risco de coimas.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aplicar-percentagens-erradas\">3. Aplicar percentagens erradas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o C\u00f3digo do Trabalho, as taxas a aplicar sobre as horas extra variam conforme o contexto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confira abaixo a tabela simplificada (at\u00e9 100 horas por ano) das taxas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong>Taxa aplic\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u00aa hora extra (dia \u00fatil) +25%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horas seguintes +37,5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descanso semanal \/ feriado +50%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as 100 horas anuais, o cen\u00e1rio j\u00e1 muda. Passamos, ent\u00e3o, a ter de observar as seguintes taxas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>Acr\u00e9scimo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u00aa hora +50%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguintes +75%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descanso\/feriado +100%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ignorar-limites-legais\">4. Ignorar limites legais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Muito bem, ent\u00e3o j\u00e1 percebemos como calcular o pagamento de horas extra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, \u00e9 importante ter em aten\u00e7\u00e3o que exceder limites \u00e9 um erro grave.
