As<strong> taxas de absten\u00e7\u00e3o laboral, as implica\u00e7\u00f5es na sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e ainda o decl\u00ednio da produtividade<\/strong> \u2013 tanto <a href=\"http:\/\/theconversation.com\/addressing-mental-health-issues-in-small-businesses-could-bring-major-boost-to-the-economy-119715\">no tecido empresarial privado<\/a>, como em \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas como o PIB \u2013 s\u00e3o algumas das consequ\u00eancias econ\u00f3micas provocadas por n\u00edveis de stress cada vez mais altos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-origem-e-consequencias-do-stress-laboral\"><strong>Origem e consequ\u00eancias do stress laboral<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As causas de um estado de ang\u00fastia e ansiedade laboral podem ser bastante diversas. <strong>Carga excessiva de trabalho, elevada responsabilidade, rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais insatisfat\u00f3rias ou t\u00f3xicas no local de trabalho, escrit\u00f3rios claustrof\u00f3bicos, etc<\/strong>. Entre as <strong>consequ\u00eancias<\/strong> disto mesmo, podemos encontrar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumento das aus\u00eancias;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frustra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stress laboral cr\u00f3nico (<em>burnout<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 sobre os respons\u00e1veis de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/pt-pt\/recursos-humanos\/\">Recursos Humanos<\/a> que recai a responsabilidade de vigiar e estar alerta para estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-combater-o-stress-laboral\"><strong>Como combater o <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/pt-pt\/blog\/aproveitar-melhor-os-colaboradores\/\">stress laboral<\/a><strong>? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira coisa que devem perceber \u00e9 que<strong> o stress \u00e9 uma resposta fisiol\u00f3gica do ser humano<\/strong> \u2013 um mecanismo de defesa, se assim o quiserem. A sua miss\u00e3o \u00e9 preparar o organismo para enfrentar uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o nova que \u00e9 percebida como uma amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resultado mais comum do stress \u00e9 a pregui\u00e7a, que invariavelmente redunda em n\u00edveis de produtividade perto do zero. Por exemplo: <mark class=\"highlight-and-share\">quando uma empresa implementa uma nova linha de trabalho, ou rev\u00ea os seus objetivos, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que os trabalhadores se sintam relutantes \u2013 por natureza, o ser humano resiste \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas n\u00e3o devemos entender a mudan\u00e7a como algo negativo. <mark class=\"highlight-and-share\">O melhor a fazer ser\u00e1 encontrar e implementar as ferramentas certas para dar a volta a uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o (aparentemente) negativa.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-metodo-kaizen-motivacao-e-produtividade\"><strong>M\u00e9todo <em>Kaizen<\/em>: motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e produtividade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUm passo de cada vez\u201d \u00e9 o mantra desta t\u00e9cnica. Em japon\u00eas, <em>Kai<\/em> significa mudan\u00e7a e <em>Zen<\/em> sabedoria, pelo que se pode dizer que o seu nome se traduz em \u201c<strong>sabedoria para a mudan\u00e7a<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando um trabalhador mostra falta de capacidade em gerir o seu tempo ou energia e foc\u00e1-los para uma atividade nova, est\u00e1 criada uma excelente oportunidade para o estimular com este m\u00e9todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O M\u00e9todo <em>Kaizen<\/em> ou \u00abregra do minuto\u00bb<\/strong> \u00e9 o mais utilizado nos v\u00e1rios \u00e2mbitos da sociedade japonesa. Foi desenvolvido por Masaaki Imai com o objetivo de alterar o comportamento humano de forma escalonada e com pouco esfor\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-regra-do-minuto\"><strong>Regra do minuto<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como o pr\u00f3prio nome diz, <mark class=\"highlight-and-share\">este m\u00e9todo consiste em dedicar apenas um minuto por dia a uma tarefa que nos custa concretizar. Uma das diretrizes \u00e9 que o fa\u00e7am sempre \u00e0 mesma hora.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 desculpas para falhar: um dia tem 1&nbsp;440 minutos, tempo de sobra para reservarem um minuto ao cumprimento de uma tarefa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-fazer-com-um-minuto-do-vosso-dia\"><strong>O que fazer com um minuto do vosso dia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A ado\u00e7\u00e3o deste m\u00e9todo vai ajudar a<strong> criar uma rotina \u2013 psicol\u00f3gica e f\u00edsica<\/strong> \u2013 que, com o tempo, se vai transformar em satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal de cada vez que cumprirem um novo desafio ou tarefa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por exemplo&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se um trabalhador for designado para outro departamento &#8211; ou se simplesmente lhe foi atribu\u00edda uma nova compet\u00eancia -, deve ser posto em contacto com as novas fun\u00e7\u00f5es pelo menos um minuto por dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desta forma, no dia certo e \u00e0 hora marcada, o vosso funcion\u00e1rio ir\u00e1 assumir o seu novo posto (ou tarefa) de forma volunt\u00e1ria e sem ter que ser lembrado de o fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ser\u00e1 o momento adequado para aumentar o seu tempo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao novo trabalho de 1 para 5 minutos \u2013 e assim sucessivamente at\u00e9 \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o total da sua nova rotina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00e9 o princ\u00edpio que rege o M\u00e9todo <em>Kaizen<\/em>. E <strong>a chave do seu \u00eaxito reside precisamente nas pequenas, mas cont\u00ednuas altera\u00e7\u00f5es e modifica\u00e7\u00f5es no trabalho, em vez da imposi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma mudan\u00e7a s\u00fabita e imediata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como vimos, vencer a pregui\u00e7a pode ser bem mais simples do que parece. Em vez de pensar no que somos ou n\u00e3o capazes de fazer, devemos tomar medidas e deitar as m\u00e3os \u00e0 obr21a.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"single-cta\">\n\t<div
