Outside work, Nick is crazy about sports and well-being; he lives on a farm in Cheshire with his wife, children and horses.

30 years experience working in the tech industry in Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle and Avaya. Alan joined Sage in 2015 as the Executive Vice President for Partners and Alliances responsible for Sage’s indirect business worldwide. Alan has more than 30 years experience working in the technology industry in Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle and Avaya. Alan also held the positions of CEO of the CMS supplier Mediasurface, and GM of Portal Software, one of the first ISPs in the San Francisco bay area.

Jennifer Warawa has been with Sage for over nine years and leads product marketing, based in Sage’s Atlanta, USA office. Prior to working with Sage, Jennifer owned an accounting and consulting firm in Kelowna, Canada. Jennifer is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and outside of work, she loves mentoring youth and is an active foster parent.

Mark started his marketing career with Pernod Ricard, working on the Ballantine’s Scotch Whisky brand. A hugely successful live streaming campaign on Facebook in 2011 (the Ballantine’s Human API) led Mark to focus on Social Media Marketing. Mark moved to head up the global Social Media team at (an Expedia Inc brand) in 2012, where he established an extensive revenue generating paid social strategy together with a real-time content strategy, improved social customer care processes and award winning brand campaigns. Now leading the global Social Media Marketing strategy for Sage, Mark is driving innovation in the ways the company uses Social Media to acquire, retain and engage customers, as well as empowering its employees as social superstars.

Mark Deakin

Mark has worked at Microsoft for over 10 years during which time he has had a number of roles within the business. After working in support, he spent time in consulting, partner, marketing and returned more recently returned to the small medium business team where he now meets with smaller organisations to talk about how Microsoft technology can help them compete with the bigger players. He is also ‘Head of Quality Assurance’ aka ‘Cake Eater’ for his wife’s small cake decorating business, so he knows what it takes to survive as a small business.

Van Diamandakis

Mr. Van M. Diamandakis has been Executive Vice President of Brand at Sage Group plc since March 2016. Mr. Diamandakis develops the overall marketing vision and strategy for the Sage brand, leading on all aspects of brand strategy; positioning, portfolio and brand architecture and strategic commercial planning. He has more than 20 years of technology marketing experience with industry leaders like AT&T, Oracle, Dell, WebEx and Riverbed Technology. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Horn Group, Inc. and holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Iowa.

Klaus-Michael Vogelberg

Responsible for Sage’s technology strategy and software architecture, Klaus-Michael joined us when Sage acquired the German KHK Software group in 1997. Having been R&D Director and a partner of that business Klaus-Michael went on to act as R&D Director for Sage in the UK and Ireland from 2004 to 2007 before taking on his current role.

A software entrepreneur, Klaus-Michael set up his first business aged 19 while studying aeronautical engineering and national economics. Klaus-Michael is based in the UK.

Adnan Zaheer

Adnan has over 15 years’ experience in FTSE100 and SMEs. As a Senior Financepartner at PwC he is assisting SMEs in scaling up, fundraising and strengthening their reporting and financial processes. He has a strong commercial acumen and proactively takes improvement initiatives.

Before joining PwC he supported the turnaround of Arena Flowers to become one of UK's top three flowers company by courier. He also assisted a Fintech startup Smart Pension to be the third largest pension auto enrolment company and its multi million pound fundraising. He worked in technology, fintech, retail, manufacturing, education and leisure sectors.

Adnan was 2016 UK finance Director of the year for growth companies finalist.

Debbie Wall

Debbie joined Sage to set up Sage Foundation in September 2015. Previous to this she ran her own marketing company for 15 years. During this time Debbie worked with Sir Richard Branson and his foundation Virgin Unite on a project to engage Virgin businesses around the world through Virgin's sponsorship of the London marathon. Previously Debbie worked in F1 motorsport where she set up and ran global sponsorships for companies such as Jaguar, Orange mobile, Thomson Reuters and Tata Communications.
