Sage Templates

In addition to the ready-to-use reports you get with Sage Business Cloud Accounting Intelligence Reporting, we provide you with a library of templates that you can use to create custom reports that meet your specific needs. Each template, which is designed based on your feedback, provides a framework that you can populate with the information you need.

To enjoy the reporting capabilities of Intelligence Reporting, you need:

  • A Sage Business Cloud Accounting account.
  • A Microsoft account. You might have an account already, check if you do.
  • Microsoft Excel 2013 or Microsoft Excel Online (free with your Microsoft Account).
  • Internet Explorer 10 or above.

How to use Intelligence Reporting:

  1. Download any ready-to-use template below.
  2. When you open the workbook you will see the Intelligence Reporting log in on the right.
  3. Enter the same login credentials that you use for Sage Business Cloud Accounting because the data that will load into your workbook will be from your accounting system.
  4. Select the company or companies you want to report on and the years and click Load.
  5. After viewing and interacting with your data, don’t forget to save it somewhere safe on your computer or why not try save to OneDrive, a cloud storage app that you get free with your Microsoft account.

Your accounting data will be loaded onto your workbook. And, guess what? After this, you will never have to go through all the ‘getting started’ steps again because you’re all set up for the future! The next time you open your workbook, from where you saved it, it will be automatically refreshed with your latest accounting data.
