  1. Minimum one year commitment required. Valid credit card and internet access required to activate and maintain support and services. Activation of your Sage Business Care plan must occur within 30 days of your product registration to have access to benefits for the entire term of your plan. To ensure continuous service, your Sage Business Care plan is an automatically renewing plan. The traditional plan is an annual plan with a perpetual license to the software, therefore you own the license. You may terminate any of the plans with at least seven days’ notice prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal.
  2. Support Specialists reserve the right to limit duration of telephone support calls or online chat sessions to one hour. Review the Supported Topics covered with your Sage Business Care plan.
  3. Pay up to 10 employees (Sage 50 Pro Accounting, Sage 50 Premium Accounting, Sage 50 Quantum Accounting). Additional fees apply for more employees. Find out more about the Employee Limits on Payroll. All access to any payroll functionality requires a service plan with payroll processing. Payroll plans are available for all Sage 50 Accounting software solutions except Sage 50 First Step Accounting. A plan is also required to print, process, and file CRA forms.
